Skeletal Reaper (old news)
Phoenar (looks medium-all clear plastic phoenix)
Gnoll Barbarian (nice)
and.......drumroll....Arcadian Hippogriff! (this last one looks great, and simple enough to be used easily as a run of the mill hippogriff)

lets get some pics! Something that is similar (points and power wise) to the Orc Champion which is hard and $$ to get. WoTC have said they won't do straight reprints, ie make another of the same mini, but instead make something that is similar. The old example is instead of an Orc Champion, they might make a Gnoll Champion. The Gnoll Barbarian is also extremely welcome.
The Reaper we knew about - can't get that excited about another skeleton proxy so soon, but its OK.
The "phoenar" might be interesting, if this mini is the bird form of the Phoelarch (i.e. the Phoera) - not because it is an alternate form of an obscure creature, but because it is a proxy for Medium-sized birds.
A proxy for Tiny, Small or Large birds would have been even more useful - but a medium-sized bird proxy is also good.
