Said he'd be sending "tomorrow" on at least two ocassions but when I demanded a delivery confirmation number and threatened legal action (he had the audacity to respond as if I were being unreasonable to do so) he stopped responding to my emails. As of today I still dont have anything. Including a response to my last email.

Well, I'm going to chime in. I have indeed had a negative experience with Cha0ticGo0d, but as many others I've long since written it off.

About 9 months ago I was involved in two trades at once. One to dariustad and the other to CG. I was to send Dariustad a Large Silver Dragon, some Kapaks, some Baaz and some other stuff. To CG went a bunch of commons and uncommons (mass quantities) for large armies - Dalelands Militia, Human Crossbowman, etc.

I shipped the boxes and then went out of town for a long weekend.

While I was out of town I got an email from CG "got your box".

Two days later I got an email from dariustad saying he got a box from me but it didn't include what he expected and he listed off the contents.

I emailed them both (on the same email) so we could startup a conversation. Dariustad shipped the box I mistakenly sent him on to CG as he already had his address. CG wasn't responding so I resent everything that was in the trade on to dariustad (my second and only remaining Large Silver Dragon). CG responded and said he'd send back the box I mistakenly sent him along with the prize I received from his contest (remember the 15th level sorcerer contest?).

I indeed got a box back from CG but it did NOT contain the LSD or draconians. Emailed him about this and he insisted that I never sent him an LSD in the mistaken box.

Anyway, it started with my mistake so I wrote that off. Dariustad I'm sure remembers this as well. From that point forward I personally made the decision to not trade w/ CG again. He obviously did and does not view every trade with the level of importance and seriousness that I do.

I sent him over 300 figures, that included lesser rares, repaints and promos. I was to receive (if i remember correctly) Fire Giant, Frost Giant, Wyvern, Manticore, Sahuagin, Dire Rat x2.

I goofed in the trade initially, however i corrected the wrongs, and DC showes he received my packages. I do not have exact details any longer as i am on a new computer and it will not open my outlook backup file (different versions of outlook). This was early in the year: i sent the last package correcting my goof on Feb 15, 2005.

I last heard from him on 20 May - when he said he would be be “sending them out along with the other packages at once so i can try to scan the one recipt from UPS and upload it to maxminis”.
(The most annoying part - I was trading these minis for a friend so he could complete his Harbinger and GoL sets ...)

I haven't heard from him since then and have now moved to a different state.'

A package CG had agreed to forward on to another player as a safe middleman. Extra figs were included for him for compensation for this task.

The other forum member has never recieved the package from CG yet I know CG recieved the package from me.

I just want to insure the forum member got his package, or it is resent back to me to deliver.

Well I am guessing that that other forum member is me, and I haven't recieved the package from you that CG was supposed to pass on I even sent him a thankyou for acting as middle man, I emailed him about it a week after his return to the boards and got no response.

I was long past worrying about the trade with you when CG brought it up to me, and whether I ever recieve them from CG or not I hold no grudge against you.
