Ok all this is for real now!  I have been in email contact with Ghendar and asked him if he would be the middleman to help return/make good all of my outstanding trades.

I have a large box full of minis to send him.  I am awaiting his address to send it out.

I have offered to "pay" Ghender either in minis or cash for doing this.

Unfortunately we've heard this before from you and you've failed to deliver thus far. We also strongly suspect that you've scammed under other aliases from this site, at WotC, and from Ebay. As a result, please understand that the tolerance for any misbehavior is going to be razor thin.Â

Furthermore, you're going to have a difficult time tracking down all the people you owe minis. I've spoken to many of them. Some were so disillusioned with your misbehavior that they left Maxminis or even gave up on DDM entirely. Also, many of these trades are so old (going back to 2004) that some won't even remember what you owe them. Best of luck to you and Ghendar figuring this out.

I wouldn't recommend attempting any trading here again anytime soon.  At least not until minis have been returned to everyone possible.

With all due respect.  I kn ow of one that left due to my behavior.  Many of them left as well for the reasons of the site itself.

I have recently been in contact with some of the original members of the site.  Those of who left because of disagreements/different views with the site.  I won't elaborate (SP?) on that anymore as I want to keep coming back here to keep this topic updated.

In case you aren't aware, I am the current lead moderator here at Maxminis.


Let's be clear about what needs to happen if you want this new account to remain unlocked.

Before you participate on Maxminis in any way beyond posting in this particular thread, all of your outstanding trades need to be addressed, and any that can be resolved must be resolved.

That means not posting in other threads, using the chat for any purpose other than fixing your trades, or trying to set up new trades until after as many of your outstanding trades as possible (not just some) have been corrected.


You also need to disclose all of the other user accounts that you have created here in the past, and make good on any outstanding trades associated with those accounts as well. If we find additional accounts that can be tied to you, or if you create any additional accounts to participate here or to arrange new trades before you have resolved your outstanding trades, your new Resurrection account and any other accounts we find will be permanently locked.


Once as many of your outstanding trades have been dealt with as possible, we (as in myself and the senior moderators) will consider whether or not you should be allowed to continue here and participate as a normal member. Please understand that because of the repeated incidents that have happened in the past, there is no guarantee that we will decide to allow you to stay even if you have worked to resolve all of your past trades. The only guarantee that I can give you is that I will do my best to make sure that when that decision is made, it is fair and takes into account your efforts to make good on your past trades.


Like others have said, I really hope that you use this chance to do your best to correct the problems of the past.
