Hi Everyone,

Just curious of who out there is collecting War at Sea Task Force.  After seeing some of the new set on Ebay, I have decided to buy a case.  This set is very comparable to the first War at Sea set, and I like the first one best of all the AAM sets released to date.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks,

Mazra

I didn't buy any boosters, but ordered a bunch as singles. I'm sucker for ww2 planes :) I got a load of them, plus some destroyers and cruisers etc. Haven't been able to playtest them yet, but as minis, I just love those heavy bombers :D

WAS Task Force is very good.  The only issue I have with it is there is some very big power creep units.  But that aside I have enjoyed very much this new set.

Hi Folks,

Thanks for the input. I really like the Task Force set. The Heavy Bombers are sweet. I really like the Mitchell. I was surprised and pleased to see the Graf Zeppelin in the set. It provides an interesting what if for the Germans. I think I enjoyed opening a case of Task Force boosters better than DDMs or SWMs or any other type of AAMs for that matter. The WAS minis are really top notch. Though there were many duplicate sculpts in the set, the new sculpts truly make up for it. The Saratoga and Zuikaku are awesome sculpts.

Later,

Mazra

Hey Maz...would you happen to have any WaS dupes you'd like to trade?
