the first has some good hitters and nice fighter screens, BUT the 2nd is alot faster and is able to fighter screen then drop B and X wings when the RC get closer.
reminder i can make both of these now so money and rare does not matter.

Both fleets look strong on paper.
I finally got to play a rebel cruiser fleet yesterday. And it worked fine with 6 Cruisers, 2 transports, Wild Karrde & 17 fighters. It could have used more fighters, since I still had fighter launch=5 after all the fighters where launched. Replacing 1 transport with 4 Y-Wings would probably work.
So I'd guess the 1st fleet is a bit light on fighters (only 12 with a turn-1 fighter launch of 9) But it does have a lot more ship-2-ship firepower. I'd suggest swapping the more expensive fighters for larger numbers of Y-Wings.

I have managed to do some testing of your fleet-1.
While Home one is "apparently" an efficient unit. And has a class-2 command counter.
In practice mixing the class-2 ships with rebel cruisers creates a tactical weakness.
Your opponent can make you "waste" the command counter by firing at home-one until you use it to boost the defense and then using all their remaining firepower for the turn on the Nebulons. Once the command counter is gone, the class-2 ships will be easy targets on later turns. i.e. they only have 19 hull & 4 Nebulons have 28 hull.
i.e. By using a hybrid of class-2 & class-3 ships you reduce the value of the class-2 command counter.
So my guess would be that fleet-2 is stronger, you might want to increase the number of Rebel-Cruisers to 8 or even 10. And reduce the fighter screen accordingly.
8-10 Nebulons will casually destroy any opposing capital ship force so they don't have a use for large numbers of X-wing & B-Wing bombers. But may need a few more A-Wing & Y-Wing fighters.
