please remove my name from the list from Chaotic Good's problem trades. I assume I was put there as a result of my recent post to his personal trading thread? This was just an attempt to communicate with him, as other means are not working, not to complain.

At this stage, I do not consider this trade to be in "trouble" or CG to be a "problem trader". I am going to give it/him one more week-- a month after we agreed to the trade-- to communicate with me if he has shipped my parcel or when he will ship it. At this point if there is still silence, I'll request my name to be added.

Please add me to the CG-problem traders. I have an unresolved trade with CG since December. As it is also difficult communicating with him at the moment, I guess you could say it is a problem trade. I have not complained about it until now, because I'm confident CG will fix things eventually. Still, I would regret it if my (problem)trade would be forgotten between all the other bitching&whinig.

BTW, thanks for doing this.

Lab Monkey, please stick my name on the list of traders having issues with a Chaotic Good trade. I hate to do this, as I have had many successful trades with CG in the past. Indeed, I am listed as one of his favorite traders. However a month has gone by and I have not received what he agreed to send me or any communication as to why there has been a delay.

I am sure CG will come thru one way or an other-- his past actions support this. However, there does seem to be a pattern here where his trades are plagued with with similar themes: lost packages, stolen packages, lost email, no communication etc. and then cleans them up. Sadly, I would have rather not had the trade in the first place if it was going to take an extra ordinary time to get my end of the trade.

CG has a lot of outstanding trades with issues right now, more than 24. As a pillar of this community, I do hope he rectifies all these situations.

It's so much nicer to be able to browse through the handful of disputed traders than to scan through thousands of good ones.

May as well put a "x2" next to my name with CG....

I really hope everything is ok, and this is just a HUGE missunderstanding, but it definitely isn't looking good.

It probably doesn't matter since we'll probably never see either of them again...

I would also like this list to grow shorter and not longer.

P.S. I love your avatar, every time I see it it cracks me up. My cat has also pocketed a mini here and there, but I have so far always recovered them before damage was dealt.

I sort of have a disputed trade with PITCHMAN205. I was wise enough to ask him to send first, as is my right as a "good trader". Well, I'm in much better standings than him.

It's been a month, and no replies to e-mails. He's not sent anything. the minis held for him just might end up going up for trade again if I don't hear from him soon.

Alan1976 should be removed from my disputed trades list. I resolved our trade and he received his minis back. Thanks.

Unfortunately it looks as if I have to report Kaya Kenobi to this thread.

Trade was confirmed with Kaya Kenobi [:(] on Saturday April 2nd
My end was send on Monday April 4th
He said his end would be shipped out Monday or Tuesday
Delivery of my end was confirmed on April 13th

more than a dozen emails sent over the course of 2 months - no reply
1 post requesting contact - no reply
3 offline messages left (via Yahoo instant messenger) - no reply

no word, no minis... [V]

I have to report a failed trade with Ironfist Boulderbender. We had agreed to a trade involving a number of D&D miniatures (including some very valuable ones) at the end of March.

After a few weeks nothing had arrived and I was unable to contact him via email.

It around that time that it was posted here that he had fallen ill and this was the reason he hadn't sent anything. I chose to believe this and rather than hound the guy publicly wait things out.

He contacted me again at the beginning of May and apologized for the delay and explained a bit about his problem. He said the minis were being packed and he would be sending shortly.

I asked if he had recieved my end. He said he couldn't find my end (Which included a displacer beast, large red dragon and an ogre ravager amongst others) but if thought they might be around someplace. He again told me the minis were boxed and ready to go.

Since then I have emailed a couple of times without response. Although I do think it is true he had fallen sick and this caused the initial problem it seems likely that he has decided not to make good on his remaining trades. Perhaps he decided the damage to his trading rep was already done so there was no point.

I don't know and I don't care. I'm out minis and after about a hundred trades have finally be scammed. And by an experienced trader no less.

This is the last message he sent me...
For the most part, I am recovered...still get queezy at times (they told me that I had an allergic reaction to the antivenom) but the Doc told me that will pass with time. I am trying to confirm that they did arrive, but I am not sure....I was out of it to the point that I couldn't even remember my own name (litterally!!)...I have been checking my inventory and I am not finding any Large Reds nor Ogre Ravagers. I am sure that I did not trade them out (I couldn't even remember how to log on to my computer for a while) but Sue may have accepted the package and forgot to log it in. It is probably still in this disaster area that I claim to be a computer room waiting like Tutankhaman did to be discovered.

Anyway, enough babbling...I am getting your figs all boxed up and ready to go. Thank you for your patience and concern and I have included a couple bonus figs to ease the sting of the delays.

Anyone got anything from CG yet? He emailed me two weeks ago now and said that he sent mine and others out via UPS, but I still haven't seen anything. I emailed him a few days ago and have not had a response. I feel for the guy if his story is true, but I'm beginning to wonder if he just "showed up" here to put us all off another couple weeks or months.

Put me down for two trades that I didnt' receive from CG.

Can you add me to the list of having a problem with CG. I've mentioned it before, but it does seem at this point that CG has done something purposefully. He advocates the use of DC's, and then claims to have shipped packages 2 or even 3 times, but won't provide DC numbers to back it up?! Doesn't make sense.

Has anyone resolved a trade with him since he returned to the boards?

I send through registered mail. I checked with my post office and they confirmed that my package reached the US. CG has not reported that he has received. I have requested for him to check at his PO if the package is there. No news after a couple of requests. I think he did received. He just stopped reporting them so that he also have something against the other party. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think he deserves the benefit of the doubt considering his actions. Please add me to the list.

LM, It really bothers me to do this but please add me to the CG disputed trade list.

I was hoping he would send and I wouldn't have to do this. I'm still confident he will eventually come through.

I have a few more details that in light of recent communications between bshugg and myself that really put CG's honesty (or mental state) in question.

Back in Febuary I got an email from CG saying that he was in Michigan and getting ready to visit bshugg to get the minis CG jr. was missing and also the ones I was supposed to get from him, and asked for the details of my failed trade with bshugg.

I replied with the details and a while later got a reply from CG that he had visited bshugg (with baseball bat in hand) and got the replacement minis from him for both myself and the ones that CG jr. was supposed to get from him.

Bshugg has told me that none of this actually occured and that he just mailed the items to CG.

I still have the emails that went back and forth between us that day if they are needed.
