| Does anyone have decent scans of the front of the first 3 sets of DDM boosters and the first starter set? I have a scan of every box from GoL and sooner just need the ones from Harbinger, Dragon Eye and Archfiends. For that matter if anyone has the actual boxes I could use those as well.

| I had asked him a while ago and he said he could not find any large scans. For his sig he had used small images pulled from Wizards site and such. I am looking for larger images so I can create divider pages for a binder I am putting together. I need to be able to print them out 4-6 per an 8.5x11 sized page.

go to WOTC and type in the set in the search box. and you should get a picture from one of the links they comeup with.

| Here are the scans of the box art from Harbinger to Archfiends. The files vary from about 250-500 kb each, and the standard booster pics should be about 400x1350 to give you an idea of the resolution.

I have scans of the rest of the sets that have been released at a similar resolution. If anyone needs those, let me know and I will keep going and upload the rest when I get a chance.
If you are looking to obtain the actual boxes from the early sets (Hb to GoL), I have some of each of them and we could probably arrange some kind of trade to cover the postage. I also have a couple of each box art from the post-shrinkwrap sets, but didn't keep many because they can't be reused as easily.

| I actually have all the boxes on display (with minis in front and on top of them), except the Harbinger booster ones, since I didn't start collecting until Archfiends was out.

| heh i threw all my boxes away.. is hould of kept them i gues.. but im not much of a misb collector or keep boxes :p
i got like 400+ transformers and only less than 50 boxes

I cut them up to adorn the tackleboxes which I use for minis. And I keep one of each box intact as well.

Is that not what attics are for, to save almost every box that was in good shape!...ummm, you put the empty boxes back into the shipping case and then stash the carton of empties in the attic? The early ones can be collapsed easily to fit a LOT in a given case carton, while the last four sets don't come apart nicely or fold down much. Of course I also noted the weight and cover art on each booster as well as the contents of each as I opened them... I am kinda compulsive on some things.... | |

| I also have trash bags full of those little card boxes some place ship minis in. The boxes seemed too good to toss in the recycle bin. Packing peanuts, got them too.... If I got room, I save it. I did toss out a bunch of old boxes from small appliances we got rid of the past few years but had never tossed the cartons from...just in case you needed to pack it up and ship it back or something.
Perhaps this all started with my first stereo system in the old college dorm where it was very useful to save the boxes to put things back into for summer storage. I mean I was not luggin around Large Advents and Turntables (for those who remember what those are) and tuners. Keep the TV box for the same reason....sigh | |
