only the stats for the large version are in the Mini H. The Aspects of Bahamut and Tiamat have been redone as huge creatures, not large as they were originally. | |

| Putting all the monster stats on the website so anyone can look them up is no different than having the modual on a bookshelf in a store where anyone can flip through it.

only the stats for the large version are in the Mini H. The Aspects of Bahamut and Tiamat have been redone as huge creatures, not large as they were originally.

Of course if your players are looking at web enhancements for modules you intend to run then you have a bigger problem. I like seeing the stats of the encounters in a module - I can make my own decisions then if it is level appropriate for my groups. | |

Yes i was thinking the same [:D] everything needs a balance. I don´t think Aspect of tiamat in non-epic could be very powerfull, i hope it comes in a way to be played at 200 pts skirmish. | |

| i'm hoping it has one BW for each head. one fire cone, one cold cone, one acid cone, one acid line and one electricity line.
i could see this figure having 2 attacks and dual activation with the stipulation of only one BW per round. | |

If I'm reading the entry correctly, you can chose line or cone for all the breath weapons.

| I can't see them giving her all 5 BWs and still keep her cost reasonable. I think we'll only get 1 or 2 BWs, but the player gets to choose which energy type (and line or cone for acid). I don't think 2 energy BWs is unreasonable in skirmish, and c'mon, she's freakin' Tiamat!

| She's going to be epic level anyway so I can see 5 attacks and 5 BWs without a problem. She'll also cost a crazy amount of points ala Nightwalker but that's just fine. People will still use her, I know I would.

Looks like she's likely to give the Nightwalker a run for its money as the most expensive Epic-legal mini (I'd guess when all's said and done she'll probably be sitting close to the 400pt mark). Doubtful they'd SUPER NERF the queen herself just to cram her into 200pt skirmish. | |

| Assuming the stats everyone's throwing out are fairly close to the mark, the next question is this: given that, in every edition they've appeared in, Bahamut has been just slightly *more* powerful than Tiamat, what are HIS Aspect's stats going to look like?

HP 180 Speed Fly 10
Melee Attack +22/+17/+17 (20 magic/ 15 magic/ 15 magic)
SA: Melee Reach 2, Aura of Fear(-4 save), DR 5, Immune Cold, Sleep, Paralysis, Cleave, Blind-Fight Breath weapon 35 cold DC 24 []
also a Tempest Breath weapon ability that can be added to the breath weapon DC 18, it suppose to be some kind of strong wind ability I am not sure how to convert for DDM. | |

Possibly as knockback and stun. Tempest Breath allows the dragon to create a hurricane force wind with the use of it's BW. Supposed to move a smaller creature back at least 10 feet (I believe) and potentially knock them prone. The above would cover this. | |

| | I'm still hoping that they make the Aspect of Bahamut one of the large rares instead of one of the Huge ones. While I don't expect I'll ever use either in the RPG, the Aspect of Tiamat is fun since she's a cool-looking evil dragon. The Aspect of Bahamut not so much. | |
