| | This might sound a little bad but I'm hoping all you addicts out there might understand a bit. I recently got engaged and we are picking out a wedding date right now in June. While I'm am very excited about my wedding and looking forward to it, it would be a bit dissapointing if it landed on the same Saturday as the Gen Con qualifier tournament. I'm definately planning to go to Gen Con this year and really hoping to qualify for the championship so I'm trying to plan for it. I think I remember the qualifiers being in June last year but does anyone have information on this years dates? Even an educated guess would help. I know I'm bad but what can I say, I have a plasticrack addiction that I just can't kick. [:p] | | | |

| | Yeah, the stores that are going to be hosting the Qualifiers have been informed and they are currently looking at what day they want to select. Then that info will go back to Wotc and they might double-check it for whatever and if all is fine, I assume we'll know the exact days in about 2-3 weeks from now. I know my store (Syracuse NY) is looking at a day in June. And I think it's safe to assume that they will be on Saturday or Sunday [:D][)] | | | |

One question: Where do you live that everything for this June isn't booked yet? That's almost unheard of.
Seriously, in most areas, this is awefully late to be trying to set up a June wedding unless it's in yourback yard and your cousin is officiating. If that's not the case, you had better find an opening, set the date, and hope Qualifiers don't fall that weekend. | | Champion of Prit(Wemic vindication is here) Minneapolis/St. Paul area Completed trades: Aspect of Cheese (Love that moniker), Tickparasite, Elderthing, Lalato, Sodj, Grimoire, SmilinIrish, Zeb, RWarehall,Link, wikkawikkawa, Auramancer, Rommers, HK, Ivid5,Qillan_dvra, Puggins, Arcabius, Ironfist Boulderbender, Robby, Corim Danex, monster_slayer, DNDJUNKIE, Kelemvor, Krush, ckissee, Massawyrm, hockey fan, Wish, Uninspiring Lieutenant, vtloon x2, Vrecknidj, Darthpoke, WakeXX, AnarionZell, lycusmike, papabear5 and umpteen local trades with board members

| Ian Richards and Shoe both made it sound like they would be doing their best to get Qualifier info officially published as soon as possible (i.e. sooner than last year).
If you suspect that your local store is going to hold a Qualifier, you might be able to get more info from them, as they are reportedly telling WotC what weekend works for them.

I just received an email for the Orginizer for Idaho's qualifier. Looks like it will be on June 10th in twin falls. | | First peon to make it to "Knight Warlord" Completed Trades -148- | |

| Setting up a June wedding at this point isn't too late in the year. Setting up LARGE June weddings at this point is too late in the year [:D]
I worked in tuxedo rentals/reception hall booking for a couple of years. You can always get something. You can't always get the full formal look for your 20+ siblings [:D]
Back to the topic... I hope it's in early June since I'll be leaving the country at the end of June (but I'll be back in time for GenCon if I happened to qualify). | | Knight Warlord a.k.a.
