Ok folks: The original thread was getting longer and slightly difficult to follow. I wanted to let it go, but i didn't want to lose the meaning behind it. Therefore i have made this "recap".

The WotC reps are here with us, reading our posts. They enjoy our community and support our love of the game. They want us to know that they do enjoy feedback, and that our feedback does have impact, whether we see/know it or not. Ian, Shoe, and "The" Lidda have graciously offered to accept emails from us via the links in their profiles. They enjoy our feedback and want to make sure that if you have a question that you feel has been unanswered, you have the chance to email them about it. I have collected relavent posts from the original thread so that they would not become lost. We are working on putting together some form of question gathering that they can then peruse and answer as they get the chance. If you would like to email one of them, clicking on their name above or in the posts below will take you to their profile.

We take what's said very seriously and if you want to bring other things to our attention directly always feel free to contact us via PM here or better still at teh wizards.com PM address.

We're more than happy to help in ways we can.

Just let us know as we're as big of a pair of 'fan' boys to D&D and DDM as anyone here is... trust me on that [)]

Ever.

Where am I posting again?

Like Ian and Shoe, I am constantly lurking the boards. As the main marketing contact for DDM, it is my job to get the product out that *you* want to buy. As such, I watch, listen, and take to heart your comments and suggestions. This is the absolute truth.

For an example, for WoDQ, wait...I can't reveal that. Um, for the CRD...oh, can't talk about that either. Err, just take my word for it - I hear what you're saying loud and clear!

Continue to post you constructive criticism and I will continue to work with all the key players here at WotC to bring you the DDM products you want and expect.

Cheers,
THE Lidda

I'm just curious what else we have affected.

For one, I've put design for the WoDQ checklist poster on hold until we can figure out the best way to showcase the figure images.

I can't drop hints about the changes I've initiated for the for-sale product but remind me after each release and I'll speak up!

Thanks to everyone for all the positive feedback. Our ears are open.

Cheers!

I started the thread to let people know two things...

Firstly who's regularly here and that we read the threads often though we respond less so.

Secondly if people have a question they feel hasn't been answered or we miss they can find a way to flag it via PM. We don't ignore people we're just human and miss things sometimes 8)

We already do... he's called Guy [:)]

Still we're all human. I hate seeing a thread that states... 'I've emailed WotC three times and they never respond' or 'I've posted multiple times and nobody responds'

We try very hard to post when relivant. Posting 'WotC sucks and this is why Oh and I have a question' gets you 1. Ignored as I rarely read beyond the first sentence unless really constructive and 2. May just start an arguement if I fail to agree. Debate is best achieved when all parties are less passionate or angry [)]
