However, until the site is bereft of this pathetic server host and situated at a real host, we'll be fighting these problems every single day.
This what happens when you have a webmaster in absentia.

| Some of the lag issues should also be attributed to the time of day. When I'm browsing in the morning (at work) I usually have no/few problems.
After lunch is another issue. Which is a double whammy as that is when work is generally *knock on wood* lower volume.
Still the number of issues has been creeping up recently. | | Champion of the Werewolf Lord, Knight of Anything Duergar, and Squire of Things Gnollish List reset with the start of previews for each new set...got Chainmail®?

| Not always true, CotCB. I have been surfing this site at 3-4am... LONG before the morning peak traffic and have suffered bad lag and server timeouts even then.

| Well, my peak surf times are 8am-11am CST; 12pm-5pm CST; and 9pm-1am CST.
I typically notice more problems from 12pm-5pm than I do the other times. Now, it could be that my dial-up is helping me out from 9pm-1am, but the other times are on the employers screaming connection.
But that's just me. Your milage obviously varies [)] | | Champion of the Werewolf Lord, Knight of Anything Duergar, and Squire of Things Gnollish List reset with the start of previews for each new set...got Chainmail®?
