| Excellent! Undead are my number 2 favorite baddie, behind devils and demons. The next two sets are going to rock. Not that DQ won't, but I don't use dragons near as much as undead and outsiders.

Undead ? Yeah !!! I just love throwing undead to my players (and tpk-ing them [B)]). Probably what I use most (after evil NPCs)
So gimme gimme gimme :
- clear plastic shadow !!! Common if possible, or Uncommon (don't know if clear plastic costs more than usual)
- a new wraith (uncommon or rare)
- a new mummy, common please (I know some places where you meet them in numbers [}:)])
- spectre, clear plastic (uncommon if posible), or ghost, clear plastic (rare)
- Stradh !!!
- Vecna
- and a gnome zombie for zenthrus [:D]

I'd also like mohrgs, devourers(they are large, not huge, I believe), uncommon mummies, shadows, another wraith, dread wraiths, and another male and female vampire mini (it's nice to have variety for vampires). It would also be nice to have some evil clerics (and good clerics) of the PHB deities, especially a female cleric of Wee Jaas, and a male cleric of Nerull and/or Erythnull, Vecna and Hextor. A skeletal troll or ogre would be nice, and a skeletal and/or zombie goblin/kobold/halfling/gnome (something small) would be useful. | |

| Heh, here's a bit of speculation:
If WotC follows their previous acts of moving one notable miniature out of the expected set them and placing it in the next (like the Beholder in DK and not Aberrations OR the Balor in UD, not Angelfire), then we may very well see the Pit Fiend in Unhallowed. [:P]
I hope not, but the possibility does exist.
We might even see a Vampiric Large Red Dragon (The example shown in the Draconomicon (I don't think they'd do a mini from the Age of Worms -- wrong company)). [)] | |

I don't use very many undead creatures in D&D campains I design in my spare time but I know most players would be very happy because they can stop using living creatures proxies for their undead counterparts. Plus it will boost the usefulness of the Grim Necromancer and now I wish I hadn't sold mine as a trade-in to Vesivus along with many undead creatures....................[:(] | |

Unhallowed would be a keen set for the Werewolf Lord. [^] Undead flava is always nice, though. If there's no Slaughterpit in WDQ or BlW, Unhallowed would be a very nice spot to put one. | |

We could see some powerful (aka useful) evil clerics, and perhaps some good ones as well. ?Aspect of Pelor? maybe. We haven't had a particularly divine themed set yet. | |

As the NE fiends, yugoloths represent undiluted (unhallowed?) evil better then the tanar'ri or baatezu, which are tainted by law and chaos, respectively. A set dedicated to Evil with a capital E would be a natural for yugoloths. Not saying it'll happen, just that it wouldn't be out of theme. | |

| Well, the last undead-themed set was great for RP, but had very little but the Couatl for skirmish. Hopefully the ever-improving design team will do a little better this time around.
[rant]Now, this I don't get. Undead are fearless, with lots of immunities. Constructs are fearless, with lots of immunities. Why is one costed to just tear up the metagame, while the other's most significant contribution to the skirmish scene has been as fodder?[/rant]
Anyway, I'm excited. There are a lot of undead beasties in the MM that we don't have, which are definately wanted *cough*shadow*cough* so this set has some good potential. Now, when is Shoe going to abandon Blood War and start calling Unhallowed his favorite set?[)] | |

Not quite. Unhallowed (dictionary.com reference) means desecrated or defiled. So it would the taintyest of the tainted. This is more like a set with a capital U, 'cept set starts with S, but that wouldn't make any sense at all. | |

| Yes i think the same that this set could be a little undead based, maybe creatures with incorporeal like ghosts, spirits, Wraith (please remake them), Banshes, etc.
Blood Wars sounds like Vampires and could be undead themed too.
Yes a set is themed but have many creatures like the enemies of the theme creatures and some filler creatures.
I.E
Aberrations = Mindflayer, Yuan ti , etc; Side creatures Barirau ranger (Centaur) Exorcist of the flame, etc.
Underdark = Drows, Duergars, deep dragon, etc; Side Creatures Half orc paladin, marut, etc.
In this way i hope for a undead themed set.

| Hopefully there will be several evil clerics in Unhallowed. I'd like to see some more viable spellcasters in skirmish. Let there be some more variety instead of just beaters =).
I dont need a lot of the minis in Unhallowed to be undead, but I'd love to see some more evil spellcasters, and maybe a smattering of undead thrown in there =).
And then we can get some good clerics to balance it out =] | |
