Question is..does anyone care to see them now that the poster is out?
I personally dont have access to post them. But if people wanted to see how different the Large Green Dragon looked in those pics..or the Nightmare at a better angle to show off the tail.

| Technically, I think it has only been 21 hours or so... but close enough in my book.
There is a yahoo groups site that has all of the Green Backed photos:
* The initial 16
* The other initial 3 (bonded summoner, stirge, cleric of trogyness)
* The other ~30 green back photos that showed up about a week ago that showed us a grand total of 54 of the 60 figures.
Just as a reminder, these photos do not show production minis, so no expectations about the set should be drawn from these minis. Some are quite a bit different than the pieces we've seen in the poster. | |

| I do not think the forum has open addmission.
Take those leaked picturs with a grain of salt and just for angle variation. I was disappointed to a degree with them but now with the poster some are better and well, there is nothing in God's green Earth that will change my opinion of the griffon cavalry, funny enough, I liked the leaked picture better, the poster has the giant dump/counter weight.
I am really curious to see it in my hands, maybe there is a chance to clip off the wing from the base, add some clear fly rod and maybe make it horizontal with the help of some hot/cold water manipulation.
I think the idea behind it had merrit, the final result is something that I personally think it is cheese. Oh well, live and learn I say, perhaps it will be widely acceted or not and then they'll draw their own conclussions. | |

Could be. Biggest problem I saw with the Griffon in the leaked was that the miniature was on its side and I am sure not because of height issues but because of balance...hopefully the giant white turd corrected this problem, even if there is considerable bent wing problems. | |

| Rememeber, the green back photos were taken in early March (according to the date stamp). They are likely not production line or master paints... they are likely painted prototypes. Accordingly, the figures may be substantially different when compared to the production line minis.
With regard to the Griffon cavalry: We know that the poster version is not correct in every detail because we know the cloud is not there. That does not mean that the green backed photo is correct. | |

| 'Greenback photos' refer to some leaked photos of WotDQ minis that were apparently released by a disgruntled employee. Some were initially posted on Maxminis, but were quickly taken down due to the dubious nature of the leak.
WotC released pictures of the most known 'greenback photos' in Preview X to try to put as many people as possible on equal footing.
A yahoo group (listed in my post above) reposted the photos, as well as ~30 others. Maxminis did not allow discussion or posting of these pictures until today.
If you find the link in my above post, you can go join the group and see the photos.
A warning: The photos appear to be prototypes of the WotDQ minis, so the figures shown int hose photos may be very different when compared to production minis. | |

| I don't know how to line the pics up all nice like but here is a comparison of how very different the "greenies" look compared to the poster.
I think this makes WOTC's case about people getting false impressions based upon early versions/prototypes/etc...
