They are coming out Iconic figures which at this time are dragons. Comment has been made that the Gargantuan Black Dragon is to be around 500 pts and with the CRD coming out shortly afterwards at at least 100- 200 points more. What new creatures do you think they're going to create that will give you a fighting chance against them?

If we relax the warband limit, the Stirge will be fun to use against a Collosal Red.

Personally I'd love to throw a couple of 250+ point figures in the same warband. Dual epic Iron golems or Epic Mordy and epic Elminster would definitely be fun.

With the creation of epic stats for some large and medium figures, the release of epic stats for older figures, and a new batch of huge uncommons it shouldn't be too difficult to field a 1000pt warband. Playing with so many points may not be cheap as the average cost for eight figures is 125pts each but it should be possible.

Actually, two Nightwalkers will fill 1000pts quickly and based on popularity they shouldn't be too hard to get.

Epic Mordy, Epic Elminster, a couple of regular Archmages and then some lower-cost spellcasters and you've got a lot of firepower.

What will take out a CRD?
Gimme a T.

Gimme an A.

Gimme an R.

Gimme an R.

Gimme an A.

Gimme a S.

Gimme a Q.

Gimme a U.

Gimme an E.

What's that spell?

Tarrasque. Stomp Stomp.
Tarrasque. Stomp Stomp.

Why don't more cheerleaders play DDM?

Also a jolly sick old elder brain may do the trick.

Gimme enough epic iconics one day and we'll see just what the CRD's hiding in his hoard.
