I have had Some GREAT offers and I have taken One....

But I would Like to know what the value or Price I can Set.

I don't want to Seem Crazy by asking to much or the amount I sold the other one for...Or Ask a Price that is to Low...

Check ebay's ended auctions for pricing and go from there.

Zenako maintains a good list of prices for "special" minis (including GMR repaints) here: http://www.maxminis.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=20693[/url].

Right now, the various GMR repaints are running at:

Dreadguard (GMR 1) - $25 (although recent history puts this one closer to $50)
Scarlet Brotherhood Monk (GMR 2) - $20
Mad Slasher (GMR 3) - $10
Grim Necromancer (GMR 4) - $20
Weretiger (GMR 5) - $15

His list doesn't have the Xorn (GMR 6) on it yet, but it's around $10 at the moment.

History shows that GMR repaints go for about a minimum of $10, and then depending on their popularity, they settle into a spot and pretty much stay there, no matter how rarely they come up.

Another influence is how screwed up the distribution of that particular quarter's rewards was -- the GMR 1 reward, for example, went out to very few people due to a database error. By the time the error was corrected, they sent out GMR 3s by the handful to GMs.

Outside of the GMR 1 repaints, which very rarely come up for auction and have commanded decent prices ($50 is not unreasonable, though I've seen them go recently for both sides of that number), the highest these really go for is $20.

You can often get a good rare for them, but much more than that is pretty uncommon and limited to a few lucky strikes.

GMR1 looks cool with the orange cape and all, but I wouldn't pay $50-$100 for a Dread Guard. Ah, collecter's markets...

Cheers,

That's why I got out of GMRs. I had 3 of them, but getting the other 2 at the time was too much of a pain in the butt.

The two on EBAY right now are at 10.50 each last I looked, so they will probably end up in the $15 range or so. Some also depends on how cool the mini itself is. The Xorn is almost indistinquishable from the normal one, while something like the GMR5 Weretiger is clearly different. That kicks in a few bucks, just for looks. As for scarcity, GMR1 tops the list with GMR2 and GMR4 not being seen too often. There are many GMR3's kicking around for the reasons mentioned above. GMR5 does not come up often.

For recent ones, getting a nice rare is probably about fair.

Built the addition for this addiction, now on to the "gaming table" project....
