| I mentioned this elsewhere, but I got just 3 stirges in 5 cases. I got 6 wererat rogues. The only one I got less of that stirges is small fire elementals. I got two of those in five cases.
I got as many of that common trog spellcaster (6) as wererat rogues. | |

| Many major sellers got an email from me (which I'm sure they found very annoying) which spelled out the expected average numbers of each figure per case... and the dangers that seemed possible regarding aberrant distributions. I sent this email out in early June, before any singles hit the secondary market. Most of them were already well aware of the situation.
In 18 cases, you should expect to get between 10 and 15 stirges, with an average of 13 or 14. 12 is not an unusual number to draw.

| My orders will have no problem, I figured one stirge every two cases, which I am doing better than that thus far after 16 cases I have 10 now, so about as expected, I think I have 16 small fire elementals so far though. Griffon Cavalry is a bit high, Dragonborn fighter a bit low, but if past history holds true that will even out.

| I saw 13 cases opened today-5 stirges between them all.
strangely-there were also 5 aspect of Tiamats.
Think about this.
I must confess that I am saddened by this rarity choice. Hopefully those in power will see this plight and include another one in a set SOON!
Otherwsie though-all the figs were excellent, few mis-clues, great colors, and I completed my set in about half an hour of trading. I love my Dracolich and Large Green Dragon in ways that ain't right to love a mini[)] | |

That's what I like to hear. I got so many HAR gnolls it was embarrasing. They all ended up in Australia. Hopefully the stirges will fly south as well.

[:0] I was lucky enough to get 2 in my other case. Otherwise, I'm annoyed at getting 5 of some rares and 2 of others between the two cases. | |

Yes, by right on target I mean that I will be able to fill my preorders with my current (as yet unsorted) inventory. I pre sold 250, I expected to get 285 for so from my pulls and I am right on course for the 285 (in fact I got 20 more cases than originally told so thats even more safty margin). The only possible issue at this point is that I have recently changed proceedures for the sorters to cut down on errors caused by the pullers (the people who assemble the orders)and this has increased the sorting time (but decreased the pulling time). That combined with the added packaging that needs to be opened and disposed of has me a tad worried if we can get the entire order sorted by Monday. I don't think it will be too much an issue though as we are starting 2 hours earlier (with 4 sorters) on Sat and Sun which should cover it. | |
