I opened up my 1st WotDQ pack and the Fang Dragon was my rare. I thought he looked odd and he is missing the top of his head. It's not lying in the bag either. Looks like it was never put on at the factory. Do I need to send the whole booster to Wotc or just that mini and card? Who do I contact at Wotc for this?
Thanks

There is a customer service number on the side of the booster that you can call. Basically, send the figure back to WOTC at:
Wizards of the Coast
Attn: Product Replacement
P.O. Box 707
Renton WA 98057

They're pretty fantastic about replacing broken minis. I've even sent in minis I thought were painted poorly (like a batch of UH Stormtroopers that had gray arms) and they replaced those, too.

I recieved a blackspawn exterminator who has no head either. It's kind of funny looking. Just an uncommon so I don't care.
WOTC definately has great customer service with the replacements!!!

Well, I guess I'd better hold off on the ones I've been wanting to send back. With more and more issues creeping up with WDQ, I'm thinking it's in my best interest to save on postage. [v]
