| damn - couldn't have asked for much better pulls!
I opened up my 3 cases of DQ and pulled EXACTLY one of each rare huge. If you add in my pretourney pulls, I ended up with TWO Tiamats! I ended up only 4 short of the regular rares, and (oddly enough) missing 2 of the uncommons.
Missing uncommons after opening several caes hasn't happened to me since Harbinger, but getting all the huge rares was fantastic.
Given that I pulled all but one of the huge rares in my 2 cases (of 12 boosters) of GoL, and the fact that I ended up with doubles of both the Huge Red Dragon and Tiamat, I'm VERY happy with my pulls from the huge sets. | |

| Missing uncommons after opening multiple cases ranks about as high as "fixed" rares as far as distribution problems go.
Three cases and all the Huge rares. That is what we all would want.

| As I've been saying, the linked rares help some people out ... a lot. You had a 2 in 9 chance of pulling all 3 pairs of huge rares from 3 cases (assuming they all had matched rares). Congrats.
Missing 2 commons was a little odd, although missing 1 would not be odd at all.
Missing 4 rares was pretty good luck... many people were missing 5 or more after 3 cases. | |

same with me except no wererat rogue's, had to trade to get the TS and Eldrich Giant and ended up buying the rogues off ebay.

| Pretty happy with my uncommon huge pulls from the set - 3 of each, except 2 black spiders (got 2 red ones a the pre-tourney so no prob, and only one Mountain Troll.
I would have liked to have gotten another Mountain Troll, but I can always pick one up in a e-bay auction later. | |

| To date I have purchased only 4 boosters including my 2 for the pre-release. I got Tiamat, Bahamut, Tundra Scout, and Mountain Troll. Needless to say I am very happy with my luck and do not feel at all compelled to buy any cases. Of course, I am not trying to get the full collection, otherwise I might still opt for a case or two.
Incidentally, my son asked me to buy him 2 boosters last week and I picked another Tiamat. I have never had luck like this in my life before. hehe | |
