| I pre-ordered my 4 cases from GO. The price seemed good provided I didn't get killed by customs (sending to Canada). I was listed as being in the first wave so I was pretty happy.
Well, they finally arrived yesterday (Aug 2nd). This was after several assurances from Miriam at GO that they had shipped 2 weeks ago, and then earlier last week and so on ad nauseum. I really couldn’t be bothered letting it get under my skin, cause I would just get pissed and end up getting them pissed and probably never see the damn things.
Anyways, according to UPS’ website they shipped on July 31st and arrived yesterday. GO lies and lies. I won’t ever do business with them again and would suggest others do the same.
Anyways, again.. while waiting for almost a month for my shipment the local game store got some in. I guess the owner noticed that I didn’t pre-order anything from him and offered me a pretty good deal on 2 cases. I said sure, being the junkie that I am. Took them home and tore into the packages. This was before NightmareGate began so I didn’t pay much attention to which came from which booster. This was a while ago and the only thing I noticed opening the first case was that big mama showed up in the first booster I opened (it was a Tiamat artwork). I was pretty pleased. And after 2 cases I had 1 stirge and 1 ogre skirmisher. Got Bahamut, Eldritch Giant and Tundra Scout as well in the cases.
So, during NightmareGate I went by the store and noticed a couple of loose boosters out… picked up a Dracolich art one…. Out came another Bahamut…great 2 of them. And then from a Tiamat artwork out came another Purple Worm (makes 3 at this point).
So anyways, I figure I’ve gotten 4 of the 6 HRs already with 4 more cases to come… I’ve gotta nail the other 2 in that much…
Well, after tearing open the first booster from the long delayed GO order.. out comes the Sorceror on the Dragon. I’m like “excellent”, just need the Dracolich…. I would finish emptying the remaining boosters (23 of them) and no boney wonder…. Sniff.
Being a diligent little junkie, I tracked all the Nightmares boosters and sure enough out of the 8, not 1 had a HR in it.

So, after all of that I’d have to say that I’m pretty happy with the draw, other than the Dracolich issue. My Huge UC draws really couldn't have been better.... 7-1 Trolls vs Barneys and Packlords. Got way to many Tordek's and Belchers.. will unload these hopefully.
I pretty much over-bought this set because of GO and impatience. Will watch out on the Blood War.
