Some time ago I proposed to make deities avatars (instead of simple aspects) which could reach gargantuan or even colossal size (I'm thinking on Tiamat or some demon princes, for example). Although I had some answers, I would like to hear more (or read old ones again, why not?).
How do you like the idea?

Well a Colosal or gargantuan monster is good.

But deities ... mmmmm personally me no like! I won´t a Gargantuan Avatar of moradim, or a Colosal nerull, they don´t look so good to me.

tiamat would be the best choice for a colosal, but i think WOTC know that colosal and gargantuan are limited because they are really big.

There really aren't very many gargantuan/colossal monsters that are going to be very profitable. A gargantuan Kyuss, while spiffy, wouldn't sell. A colossal Tiamat would probably sell (to the DL fanboys) but since we've already got a Tiamat, that would spark a lot of pitchforks and torches.

I wouldn't expect the Icons line to stray too far from the profitable minis (i.e. dragons).

I wouldn't really want "human" deities as gargantuans or collosals, but I would be interested in a collossal Tiamat and any number of gargantuan or huge of the most popular demon princes such as Demogorgon, Orcus, Yeenoghu, Pazuzu, or Graz'zt.

Having said that, what I most want to see first from the Icons line is the rest of the gargantuan chromatic dragons: white, green and red. Aside from that, I'd like a gargantuan shadow dragon and a gargantuan silver and/or gold dragon.
