The Eye of Gruumsh will crush all! First game he took the pyromancer's fireball and kept coming. Still great to use.

This one's easy for me. Griffon Cavalry!

Great idea for it's pose, sweet sculpt, and fantastic skirmish stats all make up for the fact that it's pretty much useless for me in any sort of way for RP. Even with that mark against it it's still by far my top figure.

I like the Orc Druid, it's by far the best looking mini I have seen, like, ever.

As far as gameplay goes, I really like the switchblade miniatures with some funky abilities.. Like the Inspiring Marshal. I liked it when it first came out, and I still like it, even though I haven't played DDM since Death something... It was before Angelfire. Other than that, hmm...

I haven't even collected anything past Angelfire. I'm still missing 6 minis to that set.

Just a simple traveler from the swamps of Dagobah otherwise known as Florida. Also known as Hurricane Alley!
I always try to send through delivery confirmation, and I expect the same. It's only 55 cents extra, so it's just a little more than a pay phone call, so just do it for the Kai. I prefer to trade with people in the US and Canada, sorry everyone else.

Difficult question.

After re-looking at them all, my fave is still the COUATL. Awesome look.

(My emphasis.) I'm so pleased to see that someone else likes the achaierai - I thought I was the only one!

I always liked that creature - all the way back to 1e - and I thought the designers did a great job with the mini.

In fact I just bought one more a few days ago for quite cheap. Might even get a third one day, if the shop still have some (and if I have enough money left after stirge and succubus hunt )
I don't know why so many people seem to hate it. The mini is cool, colorful, and really looks like the 1st ed. drawing.

I agree with Sir Bozak!  My first thought was that tough little mini with the elegant figure and extremely long flowing hair.  An amazing figure, in my opinion!  Perhaps not the most powerful but has presence.  Can't think of a "favorite" fig besides that.  Perhaps the GBD or the beholder.

I've always liked the Rakshasa. One of my favorite monsters on the RPG side, and the skirmish stats are good as well.

Yuan-Ti Abomination is great as well, at least in RPG.

The Rakshasa for me too.

Second would be GarBlack.

I have a fondness for elf spearguards too.

My favorite right now has to be the Dracolich. He looks cool and is a formidable opponet and I have always been a fan of dragons. I first encountered an undead dragon reading about Elminster of Shadowdale. I wish I could remember the name of that book. Anyone know?

Large Blue Dragon. Best sculpt there is, in my opinion. Added to that is the fact that blue dragons are my favorites of dragonkind.

I can't say I don't absolutely love several other minis, though.

my favourite mini is frenzied berserker because she is a cool looking young girl with a fierce posing. Not only one of the best skirmish pieces in  the whole game.Champion eilistraee is the second for me.and the third is the storm giant, useful too in skirmish and one of the most cool looking minis. But I have to admit than the best sculpt is indeed the warforged titan without no doubt.

Interestingly enough, I'm currently using the Griffon Cavalry in our RPG group's Forgotten Realms adventure, as I'm playing an Aglarondan Griffonrider (from Unapproachable East).  I had been wanting to play an AG for some time, and when I pulled the GC, I couldn't resist.

Back on topic, though, it's too hard for me to pick just one, but if you just forced me to, I'd have to say the Champion of Eilistraee.  Chaotic Good and Drow have always had special places in my heart in D&D, and the Champ brings them both together.

Honorable mention has to go to the Griffon Cavalry, though.  She's one awesome-lookin' mini and a riot to play with (even if she does pale next to the similarly costed Aspect of Kord).

But if I was gonna mention one that no one's said yet, it'd probably be the Blackguard on Nightmare.

Now I can't make up my mind!  Do you see what you've done here?

Okay, I just took a look over the 1200 or so minis that I have on display in my livingroom cabinets - The ones that really stand out for me are the Dracolitch - I think it's the most successfully detailed mini Wizards has put out - the Bonded Fire Summoner - I absolutely fell in love with the Bonded Summoner class when it firse came out - to finally get a mini to represent that in skirmish play was awesome - and the whirling steel monk - by far the most imaginative pose I've  seen in all the minis so far - completely balanced on his robes in the middle of a roundhouse kick - What more could you ask for.

Count, I think spellfire is the ability that Shandrill had in Forgotten Realms books and used it to destroy a dracolich in one blast. It is part of a prestige class that I may or may not exist currently. Shandrill would make a great unique, the typical beautiful human beautiful blonde with sparkle in her eyes...I am melting...

I agree that there are so many great figurines to chose from. So one per set for best of group makes the most sense.

Harbinger: Umber Hulk
Dragon Eye: Orc Druid
Archfirend: Vrock
Giants of Legend: Frost Giant (The Behir is a very close second.)
Aberrations: Yuan-Ti Adomination
Deathknell: Beholder
Angelfire: Ghostly Consort (I love the foot floating out of the robes in the back.)
Underdark: Balor
Wardrum: Shuluth, Archvillain
War of the Dragon Queen: The Dragon Queen of course! Aspect of Tiamat (Though the Dracolich is very cool too!)

Best in Show: Aspect of Tiamat

What is a better representation of D&D than Tiamat?

Have a Blessed Day

Spellfire was name of the book as well as the name of the ability she had. Have it around home somewhere.

Gotta agree...Large Red is still hands down the coolest looking dragon mini. I knw some argue that the Large Blue is cooler...but its not

Second place is the Huge Gold..I know good dragons arent as liked as evil ones...but as far as looks are concerned the Huge Gold Dragon is still best lookin huge.

I don't think I could narrow it down to one. And even if I could, it would change from month to month. But I also really like the Large Red Dragon and I'm sure it will always be one of those I consider when this question comes up.

Large Silver Dragon takes first place (pose, paint, sculpt, stats, an all-around winner.  Now if only it had come out with the new dragon rules and attacked at 17/15/15 for 15 magic each...)

Next tier would be the Couatl, Dracolich, Bonded Fire Summoner, Elminster (who does 10 magic damage with his pipe!  How cool is that!) and Elf Pyromancer.

But before all is Chip, the CRD.  (I had to say so, before he ate his competition...)

Your outfit might not be a crime against humanity, but it is at least a misdemeanor
