I need to get my wardrum figures, would I be better off to buy the starters at this price or buy sealed cases at 99.99 each. I can get free shipping on the cases.
I know you get two fixed commons in the starter, what are the extra 2 figures you get beyond the two commmon commanders, are they two more commons or uncommons, or a combo? | |

| I have done quite a bit of business through Amazon and living here in the merry old land of Oz I have had no problems with distribution/Shipping.
My Metallica collection arrived in good time and perfect condition. My 2 x GRD and 2 x CBD arrived within 2 weeks of order fulfilment.
Might have to consider satisfying my plactic crack addiction via Amazon if Hasbro/WotC pull the eBay and other on-line stores.  | |

I can tell you this about the cases. If you get one case of boosters you'll end up with every common and uncommon in the set, as well as no duplications with the rares (this doesn't work necessarily for huge cases like WotDQ). It sounds like people have had no problems with Amazon, but for the same amount you may not be guaranteed this. Hwever, I found you can usually trade away any duplicates over time for figures you need, so it's really up to you.

| This sounds like it was not a direct seller, but was in fact an Amazon Marketplace transaction, in which another seller sells their stuff through Amazon. If that is the case, you'll never know what you'll get. I remember a fiasco back in the end of the Archfiends era when people found really cheap Archfiends boosters, bought them, and then were shocked to find that the boosters they received had been repackaged - so that the end buyer did receive 8 Archfiends figures, but those figures were all unpopular commons.
I doubt that we'll see the same problem here... but I am always nervous when I see a deal that is too good to be true... | |

| A few weeks ago they had 2 Deathknell boosters for sale at $7.77. I ordered them when I got them all the pieces were present (Couatl, Spectre). The boxes were beat up though.
I never buy DDM through other parties selling on Amazon for fear of someone taking the rares out and reselling them. I'm sure Amazon just did a inventory of their stock. Reduced the price cause they weren't moving at all. I'm sure they are trying to make room for the new set and other items.
