| Heya All;
Well, my pics won't be as grand as other members... but at least I'll be able to have a weekly 'diary' of how I've gone with my 'comeback'...
Links are all broke for my first 3 weeks... damnit... will have to try and find those pics again...
Stay tuned for updated pics....
Anyways, I have missed a few weeks, and it shows... Minis have now overgrown my available shelf space, so they now reside in my lit display case...

Stage by stage:

I'd like to take this chance to THANK everyone who has helped me get back into the Hobby. Why I left.... GRR meh....

| Someone plz post a pic of someone rolling around in a giant collection
of minis being thrown into the air. (Like they do with money on the
movies.) Or maybe someone can mathmatically calculate how long a line
of their minis connected from back to front would be. Maybe if we add
all of our minis together we can get a length able to reach the
moon. And how much money would ppl that dont understand DDM think
that we wasted on all of our plastic crack? Some people would see these
pics and freak.

| | Low Key, most of us are collectors like you. Few have the kind of stuff sam is displaying. I think I'll have to take a picture of my storage solution, just to contrast against these impressive displays. I have a large Rubbermaid container tucked under my bed, filled with gallon-sized Ziplock bags. Each bag holds the entirety of my collection from a single set, with the exception of the huge figures, which are loose in the container. | You are indeed wise.
I used a suitcase style battalion carrier to go back and forth between my place and my friends (where we rpg), it got heavy, I left it there. I was dividing the minis in to ziplock freezer bags (that you leave slightly open to the let the air out) by faction. The carrier is overflowing, I now have 2 small boxes and a little crate holding the rest... I've purchased a bookcase and extra shelves to go on it, but I will certainly need another - the sad part? That's only 2/3rds of my collection, the skirmish stuff is at my house in one of those 8 drawer plastic storage thingies. I'll post picks when I get a chance. | | Greyhaze's DDM Spoilers Champion of a Medium Dog & then a Darkenbeast , Raistlin Majere, Nightmare WDQ25/60, Warduke WD60/60, Anti-Champion of Guns, "Knight of Bugbears", and Joke Champion of Venger. All told, those four posts together represent about 1/15 of my collection. The orcs, for example, fill one of my storage boxes and I have 17 more of them which are completley full.
