Sometimes, yes. More than anything else, storage has become an issue for me. Still, I enjoy all three facets of DDM: Skirmish, RPG, and collecting. One thing I'm going to stop doing is collecting hordes of commons from the newer sets - one or two of each will be good enough. | |

I do the exact opposite! When a new mini comes out that can take a place of an older mini, I whittle the older mini's number down and get more of the newer mini. | |

Do you try to keep the numbers coming in pretty even with the numbers leaving your collection (i.e. leaving the overall number fairly static except for new creatures/sculpts)? Or does your collection grow by quite a bit as each new set comes out? | |

| I am somewhere between 3-4K. For each new set, I keep 8 Common (unless it's a monster I really need more of) and 2-4 Uncommon (again, unles I need more) The rest go into my extras box, which are given or traded away. | |

I try to do it where the group grows slightyly. I may get rid of 4 but get 6 to 8 of the new ones.
