| That's probably enough for this week. Next week I'll be off at the D&D Experience in Arlington, Virginia, but we'll get something lined up so you can spend some time with the common folk, such as this guy here.
hope its a common warrior, maybe dwarf?

| Heh if that were a Duergar commander, I'd be partially vindicated. Somehow I doubt we'd see it in this set, on the other hand seeing it in Night Below, that would be a good bet.

| Well the image looks like a stumpy, bald, hammer wielding cleric, so duergar cleric sounds good to me.
The hints of bigntall and you and what army? would seem to contradict that.
With the way this set is going, it is probably some mutant cyborg giant from Eberron that can't be used in any other setting.

Remember, the image name and mouseover text have in the past usually have nothing to do with the actual mini. Sometimes they are jokes on what the silhouette looks like, so they can line up (like the gorgon with the cow jokes), but usually, they do not.

| After my first post where I was hoping for a Dwarven Blacksmith commoner I did look at the Bigntall reference and think that I might be wrong. I probably was wrong, it could very well be a Duergar - but that's based on the fact that the mini is bald more than the bigntall reference.
I think that we should consider every clue that is available when considering what the teaser for next weeks preview will be. The Bigntall reference may mean something or it may not. There have been many times when the file names had absolutely no correlation with the mini. I think that most of the time the filename is either a private joke from the poster or is completely random. It is at best unreliable.
I'm still going to look at the filenames and use it to make my guess though. I just take those clues with a grain of salt is all. | | Champion of Gromph Baenre
