| G'day, all!
Back when I stopped being a moderator on maxminis, one of the reasons I left was to have the time to rebuild my DDM News site.
I seem to be finally getting there - although I really need to make sure all the spoiler pages are up to date.
This week I finally was able to set up the new article pages: for warbands, strategy, news, tournament reports, and dumb questions. I rolled across everything I could find on my old site, added a rtf editor, and am just waiting for it to all fall apart. 
I really regret the downtime due to the crash of my previous hosting - there's several months of articles that are unrecoverable. I also regret that my site isn't the place to visit any more.
Still, it's back as a resource if people find it useful.

I'll be adding more functionality (like a plain text editor for those who WYSIWYG editors give problems) in the future. Let me know if you'd like to see anything.

It's pretty much worthless to me. When I used the search on the Wizards site, I would look for all the posts made by the designers in, say, the past week. So, all the news I'd gather would be up-to-date.
Google is good for finding posts you remember from a while ago, but not for the latest news. And given "Shoe" turns up in so many posts talking about him, it's not that useful a search term.

Oh, absolutely. You had some great stuff on the site, and the crash came out of the blue. At the time, I was on dial-up, so archiving everything was almost impossible.
I'll try to make sure it happens more often now, just in case.
