| I wouldn't bid on this. If the seller does actually have the merchandise, it is clearly stolen property. Buying stolen property can get you in a mess of trouble. Though, as someone mentioned, it is probably academic. WotC will get the auction pulled within a few hours.

| To some extent I don't see how having this information prior to a release is a huge deal. If the set sux0rs, then it might affect presales, surely, but if they are continuing to put out quality products, what harm is there in knowing what minis will be included? It should only increase excitement about the set.
Truly I say to you: Leaks are only harmful if the product is bad. In that case, WotC would have only themselves to blame.
(And, in a sense, we should be pissed because WotC is keeping things quiet in order to get us to buy sub-par product.)
PS. And if you want to include more LG rares, WotC, look no further than the PHB! Just give the minis new spells or abilities. An orc is an orc is an orc... but a fighter can be many things depending on the feats he chooses. We need more LG rares. Just because it ain't in the Monster Manual doesn't mean you can't put it in DDM! Sheesh.

| There is no way that auction makes it to completion, but I'll bet someone makes off with those minis, now that the seller has email contacts with several interested parties the only real thing Ebay does by closing the auction is lose its commission.
Chinese autorities are not very likely to persue the matter.
This is easily the earliest that I have seen a set list, and I gotta say it is pretty sweet. Put me down for at least a case. Many classic monsters and a low number of setting specific pieces that have limited uses.
Didn't see the Aspect of Loviatar. Didn't see that one coming. A scantily clad giant bondage chickis not exactly family fare. Maybe she is toned down a little and can be used as a generic female giant.

I've done the math and this is a 4 Case set for me, maybe even a 5. Absolutely tickled pink and know I'm going to be broke in July.

| Ok I must say after looking over the set this will be one of those rare, at least recently, times when I will buy multiple cases. If the leak wouldn’t have happened I wouldn’t have had time to save up for this set. So the leak actually allows me to buy more come release. I know WoTC will not be happy with it being released in the way it was but in the end I think it will help their cause by a lot.  Like so many stated before me, I’m thankful for the headstart in getting my money together for a large purchase. | | | |

On the other hand, the leak is good for sales of the set I think. Since people can have a look at the entire set now, they can see that it does indeed look fantastic. If sets in the future continue to look this good, and as good as Blood War was, then DDM has a secure future.

| The set looks interesting from a *figs* standpoint. Having gotten into DDM late(r), I'm glad for some of the reprints.
From a skirmish standpoint, we still don't know if this set is a winner. Could blow monkey-chunks, BUT from the previews we have gotten, the skirmish stats sounded good. There's also that recent trend towards making dragons viable, etc.
Since Lidda seems to be reading this thread: please, please, please make more LG rares! I use the figs for both RPG and skirmish, but I have chosen to focus on LG and CE for skirmish. Since rarity is often comparable to power, the fewer the rares, the less likely to get worthy LG figs.

I actually am more excited getting a big lump then I am getting the drug out previews that are now offered. The previews are better then nothing, mind you, but I prefer to know well in advance how I need to plan my money. Right now I plan on only buying singles so there is no down side in me knowing a set is less then desirable to me. Knowing so much is desirable, like this set, lets me plan to buy cases. I must say I am very excited about this set. My praise goes to the design team. Its not often you hear so much positive praise in a set and I’m glad to see it. My love for seeing the minis in no way gives an excuse to the guy that stole them. I do think that if you can find out whom and the government there allows you to prosecute then by all means take it to him. The set does look great, but not all is lost regarding efforts to build excitement... let me explain.
All we have are two pictures with a bunch of minis clumped together. Besides the dragon and giant, finding particular minis is almost like those Where's Waldo books! Some are clearly pictured and future Previews won't do much for those of us who've seen the spoiler pictures. Some of us, me included, however, will really enjoy and be excited about the upcoming Previews because they'll give us a better look at many of the obscured minis and tell us a bit about them! So, don't let the spoilers get you down and bring on those Previews, the community will continue to enjoy them!
