| I'm not overly familiar with many of the minis on this set list and don't have access to the books to get MM pictures for them. It would be great if someone or anyone could post replies on this thread in the following format.
Name of mini....a picture from MM or other source book.... and single it out from the set spoiler group shot for us.
In the event that people do start doing this here I've already labelled this post [spoiler!!!]
I must say now that I've seen the set list, it looks like they've done a wicked job this time picking rares. I may have to buy more than I expected to. Oh darn eh? lol

| | Looks like Greyhaze has already done a great job of singling them out of the pack on his spoiler site. It would still be great to see some Monster Manual pictures too though! | | John

| Huh, no tinies this set? So much for my called shot.
When I looked at the list, I asked myself, "Why another Flesh Golem?" Then I saw greyhaze's spoiler site and the picture of the new flesh golem and said, "Oh." Looks like quite an improvement. Of course, good luck to me and all the others who'd like to trade our extra Aberrations Flesh Golems.
I love the fact that there's a new medusa (that looks pretty good and is uncommon), and a new (greater) barghest. Overall, my impression is...nice. Looks like a good set. | | "Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish." - Albert Einstein Champion of Myopic Half-Orcs Winner, WBC X

| I'm one of those sticks in the mud that doesn't like early spoilers. However, I must say, that I really do like the set and the rarities of the minis in the set.
The Large Gold, I fear, is going to fetch a very high eBay price early on.

| I gotta say, this time round I don't mind at all that the whole set list has been leaked out. I haven't been this excited about a set since Archfiends. And minis was starting to lose a bit of it's apeal for me. But now with this set, I can't beleive how many of the rares and Un/commons that I'm actually interested in getting from this set. Last set there were only 4 Rares that I sought after, but this set there's at least 15 of them. That's wicked!
Nothing has been spoiled for me. I rather enjoy knowing in advance that I'm going to like the set. Plus there's always the speculation we can still do towards skirmish stats. | | John

| | Anyway, I must admit I expected an uncommon illithid in. Other minis I long for are uncommon male ogre, uncommon fire giant, uncommon frost giant and uncommon umber hulk. I do hope they see the light not far away. | | Champion of the Molydeus Vindicated Blood War Called Shot: Cornugon (Horned Devil) Icons Called Shot: Tarrasque Vindicated Dungeon of Dread Called Shot: Mind Flayer Against the Giants Called Shot: Uncommon Fire Giant Demonweb Called Shot: Myrlochar Feywild Called Shot: Molydeus "Sé que me acusan de soberbia, y tal vez de misantropía, y tal vez de locura. | | I just looked at the photos on Greyhaze's site. I think overall it's a great set. I had started to get jaded with too many humans and demi-humans in similar poses to previous sets in the last couple. This one has a good variety of MONSTERS, which is just what the doctor ordered to get my interest up again in buying minis. I had started to think I was getting only one case from now on, but now I'm getting at least 2, probably 3 cases of this set. | | | |

| Assassin is a PrC from D&D
I actually think Grays got the pics wrong I reckon the Assassin is either the minis he assigned to Delver Sergeant or Kalashtar Bodyguard | | Champion of the Zhentarim: Manshoon, Fzoul and Scyllua Darkhope

| | Yeh, when it comes the humanoids it's hard to guess which one they are... like the exarch, no clue what that one is. I've also switched the one I thought was the assassin to the "leaner" silhouette, seems more likely. | | Greyhaze's DDM Spoilers Champion of a Medium Dog & then a Darkenbeast , Raistlin Majere, Nightmare WDQ25/60, Warduke WD60/60, Anti-Champion of Guns, "Knight of Bugbears", and Joke Champion of Venger. | Very interesting. I haven't seen the pictures yet, but it surprises me that this much info got leaked. I've been waiting for a Large Gold since set 1.
What is funny though, is when I repainted my Large Copper to look like a Large Gold, I posted it as a sneak peek on April fools day 2006. I got a warning from WOTC to take it down, and it was actually moved by the mods to Crafters corner. It didn't fool to many people, but they didn't want it up there. I wonder what has changed at WOTC that all this stuff is being leaked now?

Thats the answer IMO.....

Hmmmmmm. I really don't think that WotC wanted this huge leak, either. But once it's that far out there, there's not much they can do to prevent the info from spreading. Prevention is easier to implement that deletion of information spreading like wildfires.
