| Well, I got my 1st case of Night Below, and am quite pleased.
Large Gold Dragon (!!!) Valiant Cavalry Raistlin Majere Dire Tiger Hierophant of the Seventh Wind Aspect of Loviatar Exarch of Tyranny Mind Flayer Lich Lifeleech Otyugh Clawborn Scorrow Frost Giant Jarl (!!!) Orc Banebreak Rider
The paintjobs are really good IMHO, especially on the uncommons.
The only things that irritates me is the extremely large "Guard of Mithral hall", I hate this figure, it is twice as big as other dwarves and bigger than most humans.
Oh yeah, for those who like to keep their boosters kind of intact: the system of the boxes is similar to Unhallowed, although with slightly less glue so they can be opened without to much damage.
Uncommons appear to be seeded by point cost again, it is possible to get multiple large uncommons in a booster.
And "yes", the Brass Golem is uncommon!

| Well done on the pull! will you be getting more cases, or are you satisfied with that? As for the boxes, maybe I'm being paranoid, but it seems that someone could potentially open a box and change the minis out (i.e. take a good rare and replace it with a not-so-good one) and reglue it and try to sell it as an unopened booster. And seriously, what do people use the box for anyway? | | Trade History: Maxminis: Skyscraper (1), War Duke (1), tomas (1), MarioCleanstuff (1), Vrecknidj (1), Kat_Dawg33 (p) Hordelings: ilarue (1), visage (1), deutscheben (1), The Blue Monotony (1), SpikedChainDave (1) Gleemax: greymouse (1), rockfrd (1), C_Lee_Roach (1), fuzzy1313 (1), villiam (1), iuchiban (1), Dagaron (1). | |

| Just a quick reply to all questions:
* No pics - sorry. * There will be 3 more cases coming, but those will have to wait until July 11th. * The boxes are tamper-proof, and damage to the inside-flaps is still unavoidable. It is now possible to keep all outside-flaps intact though. Something which I still have to get with a werewolf lord-art booster from Unhallowed. * I actually like almost all rares I got. They are either good for RPG, for skirmish, or both. The only slight irritation is the Clawborn Scorrow, who has a severe case of "Centaur War Hulk'-syndrome: totally out of proportions-large! Paintjob on Gold Dragon could've been better as well. * Checklist is correct, Brass Golem is Uncommon. * Got my case because some dude at the LGS forgot about not selling before the release date. His fault, I'm not complaining.
Cheers,
D.

| Great pull! I wish I'd get such a case. Only thing missing would be Wulfgar and the two evil dragons.
Is the Guard of Mithril Hall really THAT tall? Can you give a reference to another mini? I.e. is he as tall as Entreri, who happens to be pretty short for a human or as tall as someone like the Free League Ranger? Too bad. I was really looking forward to have a couple of them. | | Champion of Regis

| I vaguely remember either a transcript from one of the events or preview that Shoe said or was quoted as saying something about how a dwarf figure from an upcoming set, I believe NB, had an annoyingly large head. This has got to be it. By the way it sounds maybe the Guard of Mithral Hall is big all-around, but really how much bigger could he be than the Battlerager from Unhallowed-he seemed big for a dwarf?
Oh and congrats on the case & the pulls!

you are completely right:
Breathweapon [] [] (replaces attacks: cone; 10 damage + ensnare)
Ensnare (Entangle for 1 turn; DC 12)
So indeed only save vs entangle. Not bad, 2 autodamage cones.

| I have just opened my two first Night Below Boosters and here is waht I got:
Booster 1: Skeletal Courser Drow Enforcer Babau Brass Golem Deep Legionare Kobold Trapmaker Bluespawn Ambusher Greyhawk C.M.G.
Booster 2:
Noble Salamander Earth Mephit Large Chaos Beast Digester Deep Legionare Carnage Demon Guard of Mithril Hall Greyhawk C.M.G.
I have also compared the Guard with Battlerager. They have the same height but the Guard is MASSIVE. The Guard is proportioned like a Warhammer Fantasy dwarf. | | Powergamers of the World, Unite! Completed Trades: jedijon, Rakhamon

| I guess dwarves also can suffer from glandular disorders, judging by the Guard of Mithral Hall. That, or an enlarge person spell that didn't quite work? Or maybe bull's strength/bear's endurance precast? | | | |
