| At my pre release tournament in Howell, the comic shop had just bought a former miniature player's stock of minis. You wont believe the finds me and my buddy had. This is some of what they had for sale.

| | Michigan must be a good area for rare items. A store owner by Jackson showed me a case of Harbinger starters he found over the holiday weekend. I could of probably picked up the case for 50 or 60$, but his business is struggling so I told him how much its worth and told him to EBAY it. If he sits on it for too long though I will take them off his hands. | |

|  These kinds of deals are out there. I recently found a store that knew nothing about DDM. For starters, some of their minis were priced high - like the Celestial Giant Owl/Rat Swarm duo that they were trying to sell for $9.99 seemed kind of high to me. On the other hand, I picked up an Arcane Archer for $9, a Frenzied Berserker for $7, an Elminster for $9 and a Crow Shaman for $8.

| | I wish I would have looked more deeply into it because Im pretty sure he had at least one of each piece. The store hadnt sorted the cards out so it was pretty much dig in and see what you find. Kind of like christmas. Im hoping that there will still be some things available in a few weeks when I can get over there again. I still need to get a Couatl, LRD, Marut, Bahumat, and a few others. The best thing about it was the fact that every common was a dollar and uncommon, 2 dollars. So all harbingers were priced the same as the blood war and unhallowed. Beholders, Gauths, LSDs sold really fast. There however were 3 LRDs, Aspect of Orcus, and plenty of others available! | |

| | Indeed, Pandemonium in Cambridge is one such store. They have a flat rate based on rarity. I think their rares are a little under $10, uncommons $2 and commons $1. I've snagged some nice deals from them in the past. Unfortunatly most of their stock is newer sets, so you are unlikely to run across our dual scimitar using mary sue.
