| I would like all to participate in this thread and Iwill ask Bert the Troll to add it (if he thinks it is worthy enough) to his Codex of Infinite Threads.
I want you to type all the minis you think it is time to be made or remade or resculpted (whatever the name). I have thought to underline those mentioned by 3 different people, to bold those mentioned by 5 different people and to underline in bold those mentioned by 10 different people. In this way we could have a perception of those minis we wish or need more. I would thank you include its rarity as well and size if it is Huge or higher, so that would point that mini could only appear in Huge sets or in the Icons line. I will update this thread regularly of course.

In general, I am not pleased to see resculpts. However, there is one that I have to mention - the displacer beast. We have one unaffordable rare, a newer rare than looks nothing like a displacer beast (it's a panther with a couple of purple branches that have fallen on it), and an uncommon pack lord (that only needed to be a rare). We do need a new uncommon displacer beast that actually bears a passing resemblance to the creatures. | |

| | I would like to see a drow queen or a drow mattron (like the cleric of lolth but much more sexy) who will be a rare very playable (not useless like most of drow).Another nice mini will be a will O the wisp like the magic TG one (I suppose a tiny one with clear plastic) with regenerate.It will be an uncommon tier 2 mini very interesting for RPG campaings in swamps or deep forests.Oh,and of course, the main characters gimble and hennet (like the harbinger ones).Uncommon,very cheap and very useful in skirmish for their costs. | |

At this point in my collecting career, I would like to see formally rare minis remade as uncommons or even commons. That way I could sell off the rares, use some of that cash to pick up the uc/c versions.
I'm very much in favor of minis such as uncommon dire wolves and carrion crawlers. Hope this trend continues.

The Present (i.e. Minis 1.0)
We have two Man-at-Arms figures. If I bring a Harbinger Man-at-Arms and an Aberrations Man-at-Arms to a game, there is no problem. Each figure says "Man-at-Arms" on the bottom. And, card types don't matter since there's a rule that says you only need one copy of the card so long as you can keep separate records for your figures in play.
The Future (i.e. Minis 2.0)
I would be in favor of a 2.0 Large Red Dragon that had a different stat card and a different sculpt. I would assume that since we will have a new rules set, that if the Dragoneye Large Red Dragon were allowed in play, that it would use the 2.0 stat card. In this case, I don't see it as a proxy. The bottom of the mini says "Large Red Dragon" and the card that the player brings to the event has to be the 2.0 card.
I would be in favor of either of the following:
a) A 2.0 Large Red Dragon, called "Large Red Dragon" for which the Dragoneye Large Red Dragon could be used as an alternative.
b) A 2.0 figure called something like Large Red Dragon Skirmisher for which the Dragoneye Large Red Dragon could not be used as an alternative. (In this case, the Dragoneye Large Red Dragon will only get into play if it's an All Star.)
Of those two, I would prefer (a). And, if it did come to pass, I would NOT want the Dragoneye Large Red Dragon to constitute one of the 60 All Stars. I want the All Stars to be pieces for which no new sculpt is necessary. | |
