| This is directly from the e-mail recieved as a reminder for Worldwide D&D game day. Interesting...
As an additional bonus to all players who come out to celebrate WWDDGD, stores are offering Unhallowed and Night Below miniatures sets for a special price of $9.99, starting on November 3 and good for a limited quantity of items. These miniatures will be organized play standard legal through 2009 and include a special dungeon delve involving the minis. Ask your local retailer for the special promotional price on these minis during WWDDGD. | | Official Delegate, Wizards of the Coast Against The Giants Called Shot: Huge Green Dragon Icons Called Shot: Gargantuan Prismatic Dragon "Rejoice, for bad things are about to happen."

| It's already been brought up on the WotC boards (and Hordelings), and Ian replied:

I apologise this information gave some stress. We, OP and R&D, are constantly looking at ways to improve the tournament experience. We have experimented with differing styles of games over the last couple of sessons and listerned to players via major events and feedback forms from stores. So yes we're looking to 'spice' things up and make things more interesting. We always will as part of trying to bring the premier DDM experience to you. I can say that we have no plans to not include all minis. There will always, as much as 'always' can be considered, have a tournament format/system that supports all D&D Minis. Will we add other formats that don't? Sure, in the same way Sealed (Limited) doesn't. Will we experiment with focused/themed events (Dwaves vs Elves or Elves vs Drow) then that's very possible. Again our apologies this caused speculation but be assured that all your minis in the skirmish game are safe

| I'm not really all that inspired by Ian's reply.
This is what I want to see.
A) "There is no plan to use set rotation for DDM." B) "We intend to use set rotation for DDM, details to follow." C) "We have not yet decided on set rotation for DDM, a forthcoming announcement will be made within the (month/quarter/year)."
Something like one of those would do.
Ambiguity is frustrating, vagueness is worse.
