The cheapest I've seen Sahuagin on ebay is $3 a pop. Seems that only Bat Familiar and Stirge have commanded prices that high for uncommons and they're tiny (and the Stirge was in wonky Huge-set distribution).

I would like to increase my Sahuagin army, but at $3 a pop for uncommons I'll stick with my half-dozen Sahuagin Rangers.

I only pulled 2 in my 2 cases and assorted boosters. Perhaps they are more rare than they should be.....

I'd guess that price may drop eventually. Most prices seem to start high the first few weeks as folks go all out completing their sets/wants. Though with the Baron, and the new Sahuagin I'm guessing that the price for the older one might go up a bit. It might be a chase uncommon like the Shadow though. Prices for the Shadow seem to be high for an uncommon and still have not come down much.

And they're going fast. Figured I'd snag a half-dozen before he sells out. I have a feeling Sahuagin aren't going to stabilize much lower than $2 each since the demand from RPGers is so high.

As a side note, I really like Auggie's new non-ebay store.

Apparently Horses are rare as well    http://cgi.ebay.com/D-D-miniatures-DESERT-DESOLATION-WARHORSE-x-3_W0QQitemZ290179058908QQihZ019QQcategoryZ2545QQcmdZViewItem

I opened 2 cases and watched another case opened at our small release tournament and only 1 warhorse in all that. I know its not that rare I've seen others pull mulitiple warhorses from thier cases but wow 3 cases opened and 1 warhorse.

$3 a pop for the warhorse? Insanity, I tells ya. Insanity. I picked up a couple to round out my horse toob collection and paid about $1 each (which is typical for large uncommons). I imagine that the warhorse will stabilize much lower than the sahuagin.

I didn't even like the new sahuagin. I am surprised it is above average in value, let alone a high end uncommon. It just looks cartoony.

Don't forget Shadows, they're also going for $3 or more. Auggies is always a good bet for any mini needs! And as far as Horsies are concerned, I've pulled at least a half-dozen out of not quite two cases worth of boosters - how much are the boars going for?

Right around a buck. Few RPGers need a ton of pig-things with saddles (maybe if the tusks were different or I wanted to make an army of mounted dwarves....).

I guess I am the lone voice thinking that a horse without rider was a needless waste. I've seen auctions where they are going for $5 or more each. Do these guys fight a lot of horses?

I use minis in non-combat often.  Also, it's quite likely to have the PCs have horses as steeds and they may be involved in the combat as cover, or to be rescued, or harried, or fed upon, or as distraction...
