When I try to install it, it says it cannot install one of it's components, and closes. Any idea how I can fix this? I am trying to install the one wit Microsoft Access included. When I installed the other, I could open it, but it immediately shut down.

If you've already installed the larger (Runtime) version you only need to download the other one. Don't forget to unzip before you try to run it. Copy to a directory/folder. It should work fine
