You could use a bat familiar as one of the sylph, if you are looking for a tiny mini. I don't think it's so much as Tiny, but appropriate since there are no actual Sylph DDM. But the Bat and Pseudodragon would work well.

I've made a board from cardboard, and used pieces of paper folded to stand on end with the name of the piece on it.Â
It seemed to play pretty well, but it was one that you have to watch all three boards very carefully.

I think that the Griffon Calvary/Sphinx is a great idea. The visejaw croc and macetail would also work.
