Well, this is *SPOILERISH* - they were in rulebook, although half hidden.
Yuan-ti stats that were under the picture of the mini, if you couldn't read it all:
Evil * Yuan-Ti
Zehir's Eye: An enemy that misses this creature with (sword-mark=melee?) attack gets -2 Attack until it next hits a target.
"It strikes with the alacrity of the vilest viper, sapping your will with oaths to its venomus god."

Have you noticed all the creatures have very high ACs and even higher attacks?

Yep, I noticed this. Quite a few creatures with AC 24 or so. I'm supposing this is a feature of 4e that we'll see soon.

Maybe it's class defence bonus?
I don't think that the attacks are really extraordinary, although generally a bit better than in DDM1/D&D3.x
