Well they cost me 30 bucks (the price of league) but i think I'll keep them for now, that 100+ is awfully tempting though.
I have heard rumors that WOTC still has sets that they plan to give as prizes at other events, so maybe they will show up as prizes in retailer kits or for quailifiers.

If someone's dumb enough to pay that much for them, they don't deserve to have the money in the first place. There's nothing wrong with removing it from them. | | The year: 1994. the last I heard, the RPG stats will be on cards in the New boosters, but not on any of the redone sets. | | The year: 1994. | | Considering how much the individual epic cards that were in the monthly gaming set went for, I am not surprised that a full set of cards (unobtainable by some folks) is selling for $100+.
I was figuring $50, but maybe its the fact that the dollar is taking a pounding :-)
Are all the bidders foreign (to me)?
I asked my buddy Chad to pick up a set for me. I'm glad he did. Not selling it though. | | I've got a lot of Minis, okay, so lets just leave it at that... | |

And thats different to how most people must get Promos from WoTC
~
I really hope WoTC include them like they did the retro epics in packs to retailers. That would certaintly show support for vintage.

Looks like a feeding frenzy on the first one then when everyone saw the ridiculous prices they calmed down for the next few auctions.
