I have always had problems with counting distances, so I think the removal of Speed 6 and (oh gosh, Speed 10!) will make the game smoother. Bad this wasn't introduced with 4ED (or minis 2.0), now we have to wait. Lame.

the 6" squares will breathe new life into the game for sure.

The year: 1994. From out of space comes a runaway planet, hurtling between the Earth and the Moon, unleashing cosmic destruction! Man's civilization is cast in ruin!
Two thousand years later, Earth is reborn...
A strange new world rises from the old: a world of savagery, super science, and sorcery. But one man bursts his bonds to fight for justice! With his companions Ookla the Mok and Princess Ariel, he pits his strength, his courage, and his fabulous Sunsword against the forces of evil.
He is Thundarr, the Barbarian!

The new grapple rules rock!

Page 156 – Starting a Grapple [Substitution/Deletion]
Replace “Step 1: Attack of Opportunity” text with the following:
“Step 1: Stop Your Game: You and all players stop gameplay. Other players may elect to go get pizza and Mountain Dew (it’s in the fridge) while you sit at the table and carefully reconsider your decision to grapple. If you still wish to grapple after the other players return, repeat this step.”

this is what we do at my games when grapple comes into play. ;)

Thanks, realmaster. Let's split up!!!!!

Will be nice if size creep goes in the negative direction for a while. It's getting harder and harder for me to store this stuff.

Hi Teflon Jeff,

I really like the idea about Edible Miniatures.  When you have way too many commons of something, all you have to do is make it a snack.  I wonder what flavor Tieflings will be? ;)

I'd be up for a nice discount structure based on dice rolling. I know a lot of game stores that have had preferred clubs with 1D6 percent off your purchases.

Yeah, that's quite the hefty discount.

The store I'm thinking of gave 1D10 percent off, minimum 5. Cost $5 per year to join. It was great. But he retired.

whoof. I'm going to try to configure my dns server to block all articles that have the date "4/1" at the top by this time next year. "virual plastic"?

I think I'll get a head start and begin basing my He-Man figures....they'll make great PCs in a couple years and will be compatible with the 6" square.
