| Now that I'm actually sitting down with the Games Day components and looking through them in prep for a quick run of the adventure tonight so I can be ready for Saturday. Now to "get on with it" I just noticed all the pc minis are alternate paint. Just an FYI.

| The miniatures are repaints...the dwarf warlord being my fav since he now looks like a dwarf and not a duegar. If my camera was working correctly I'd put up pictures, unfortunately it is not. The PC minis do come with appropriate stat card. Tomorrow is going to be a long day for me, so hope all get to enjoy the festivities that tomorrow brings.

The d20 isn't a spindown but the numbers just aren't right (18 opposite the 8 for example).

| I just came home from Game Day. Not a lot of people interested at one store, but the other ran three tables of the RPG all day.
I managed to score some booty, and have some updated info for you, Stephen:
It appears not all locations got the Green Dragon encounter and mini. Between the two stores here in Stockholm, neither got it. They also didn't get the 20 questions folder.
The GM dice set (7 different dice) come in different colors. You listed Black marble, but we got a red set, and I heard there was a blue at the other store. I could not find any distinguishing marks on the dice, so I'm guessing they were chosen at random.
The monster minis come in the following proportions to a pack:
Animated Statue x 1
Prisoner x2
Hobgoblin Marshall x2
Boneshard Skeleton x3
Shadow x1
Snaketongue Cultist x1
Large White Dragon x1
The young Green Dragon is not part of this pack. it comes separate, which may be why some locations didn't get it. As you noted, no cards are included for monsters.
Hope this helps the collectors out there a bit.

In our mini campaing blondie was found to be Shemale, it sure look like one...

| Well, I ran two sessions at my store which left me 3 full sets of the repaints and 3 bags full of minis. I'll be listing 2 of the repaint pc sets and two of the adventure/bag of monsters on Ebay this evening for my store.
On a side note, we did receive the green dragon, all 5 sets of our dm dice were black, and we had 25 pearl white d20s. No promo minis to hand out as in previous years kind of sucked. IMO well the adventure was much more quick than the last two years, this games day package was rushed and not really that exciting.

| I didn't get any of the repaints. Apparently my local store decided it would be a fantastic idea to force the people who showed up to give their stuff (save for dice) back so that they could re-use it later when they had two or three groups create 4e characters to go through the adventure.
I'm willing to bet that at least two sets went unused. | |

We got similar to above. Were two stautes in module so hoped to see two in minis.
We got 4 boneshard skeletons.
Two green dragons we used as prizes as no one seemed to know what else.
Had about 85 people at one time in shop (gamequest) playing games, 5 tables did the game day module twice, otehrs did keep on shadowfell and other stuff. Was very good day.
