I think there will be printed versions for sale. I worked NYCC for WotC, and as part of our swag bag, there was a sealed pack of the Night Below cards for 2.0.
I'm not so sure about the "for sale" part, but given the quantity of cards that need to be printed to make it worthwhile, I suspect that the Night Below cards will also be given out somewhere else in the near future.
