---Typically, US only. However, there are some established traders I would make exceptions for.
---Must use Delivery Confirmation (I will and I expect my trading partners to use it as well)
---If you have completed trades with fewer than five different maxminis users, I require you to send first
---All trades must include stat cards. Several of my WotDQ things (except non-huge uncommons and commons) still have bags on, but I don't care if the minis you offer me have the bags, so long as they are in good condition.
