| So, folks, what do you think?
Does the fact that a mini has been selected as an All Star mean that its value has increased?
Is the Couatl or Large Silver Dragon worth even more, now that it's an all star?
What about pieces that, otherwise, haven't been worth too much (e.g. Warforged Barbarian)?
How about the uncommons?

| I doubt there will be a measureable increase in value. If any at all, it will be short lived and only due to their cards being available first. I think if a mini gets a boost going from 1.0 to 2.0 then it will have a value increase, all star or not. | | Champion of "Ember, Monk Champion"

| | I think an increase in value is only likely to occur in instances where the 2.0 version actually makes the piece more powerful/useful because of updated stats, reconfigured abilities, or faction placement that allow it to be paired in previously impossible combos. If any of the older pieces see a revival because they're devastating in the skirmish game, then you can be certain the secondary market prices will jump, but then probably slide back down again, especially as new equivalents are released. | | | |
