| Edit (04 may 08): Sorry about the long delays doing thread title updates lately. I'm afraid I don't check Maxminis as often as I used to. I haven't played DDM in quite a while, and I've at least temporarily stopped collecting. I may have to ask someone else to step in and be moderator for this forum. 
I realize it's a serious hassle trying to maintain a single up-to-date trade thread when you don't have the ability to change your own thread title, so I'm offering to make changes for you. Just post here with a link to (or at least the URL of) your thread, the old title, and the title you'd like to change it to. That way you can maintain the ability to grab other traders' attention with your thread title without having to agonize over whether it'll quickly become obsolete.
To create a link to your thread, type in the old name of your thread in the "design" view (assuming your browser supports design view). Switch to the "HTML" tab to edit the html code. Type the following (but use "<" and ">" instead of "{" and "}"):
{A HREF="http://url of your thread"}Old title of your thread{/A}
I'll keep this up, if I can, and I'll try to respond in a timely fashion.
Just so you know, I can only change thread titles in this forum. I can't help with requests to change titles in other forums. You'll have to post other requests in the Forums Discussion forum. | |

Please be sure to post a link to your thread, though, as well as the old title. That cuts down the time it takes for me to make an edit by removing the need for me to search for your thread, and having the old title reduces the chance for error (changing the wrong person's thread). | |

With trading currently rather slow, I can generally find your threads pretty easily when you bump them to the top of the forum. When the new set comes out, requests for changes are going to skyrocket, and large numbers of threads will start to get frequent edits, probably bumping your thread way back down the list before I can get back to the forum to check on thread title change requests. I simply won't have time to look for your threads without the help of a shortcut. | |
