| I must add to the praise here. I just recieved Ironfists side of our new trade. Everything arrived in great shape. I'm happy he has turned all the problems around and come back to the light[:p]. He's restored my faith in him and I belive he can be traded with with confidence once again.

| I sent $200 worth of minis to Ironfist Boulderbender (1 Drizzt, 2X Orc Champion, 4X Blood Ghost Berzerkers) on 4/19. He agreed to ship simultaneously, but did not. He promised to ship everyday up to 4/24 with a new excuse for not sending eachday. I have not heard from him for days.
I feel as if I've been cheated.
Allen please sene my half of the trade. You've promised me a DC number for over a week now.

Regardless, I feel it is necessary to say that I believe he should always be required to send first due to repeated issues over the course of more than one year. Sometimes he has been just fine. But sometimes there have been significant delays. It is my hope that everything will be squared away soon. | |

| I too had a very large trade (over $200 worth of figs) with ironfist over on the WoTC boards. I sent first since I was new and he had a solid rating over there. He received my package on 04/17 and I haven't heard from him since 04/11 when he said he had the package for me ready to go and would send it out as soon as mine arrived.
Hopefully, he will make good on all of these open trades. He seemed like an honest enough fellow and I hate to think that this is how he chooses to present himself =/

| I recently traded with Ironfist. He asked me to send first, since I had no references (I gladly did). He received my package (worth about $220) after a day or two. This was several weeks ago, and he still hasn't sent his end of the deal.
I hope for your sake Allen that you complete your outstanding trades. I'm poor - $220 is not something I'm going to just forget about. I'll file mail fraud charges if I have to, but I'd prefer to avoid ruining your life over something that can be easily resolved.
There's still an opportunity here for you to get positive trade feedback. Get your act together. | |

| I have to add to the growing list of discontent with Allen. We arranged a trade at the end of March. He stated that he had sent his side on the first of April. He acknowledged receipt of my package in the trade center. After two weeks he said that he would send again. It has been two more weeks of waiting. I gave him the opportunity to make it good by sending him an invoice for the figures that I sent him. He could pay instead of sending the minis. Still no response.
I sent him some repaints and some uncommons totalling about $20. I feel bad for you guys who sent large shipments. | |

| I recieved an e-mail from Ironfist today and here is what I posted in the disputed trades thread:
Well, I recieved an email from Ironfist and he posted on his thread in the DDM Trading section. We definitely have a step in the right direction here. He says that he will be shipping by Thursday of this week and I advised that he post the DC#s on the boards to show everyone that he is making good. I believe he is e-mailing everyone else as well. So, hopefully this will all work out and we won't need to file any sort of charges or anything. If we were, I believe a group effort would be best and I will talk to a friend from my old job (used to manage the network at a law firm) about what to do if it comes to that. Communication is the key here and as long as he makes good I think we'll be able to chalk up as a learning experience and, I for one, will not be trading with anyone who has disputed trades -past or present.
I have to admit being a little concerned though, as I'm seeing more and more people coming forward with complaints against him from even earlier than my trade with him. I really hope his e-mail was not a delaying tactic or blowing smoke up my (our).... Did anyone else recieve an e-mail as well? | | | |

| Well, as of this morning 05/06, I still do not have a DC from IB. He sent me an email on the morning of 05/04 saying he would have it out that day with no more excuses and I haven't heard from him since. This is despite 5 emails sent to him asking for the DC.
Needless to say, my patience is running out on him.
---Update---
I received the DC from Allen this morning. So it looks like he has made good on all of his trades. I'll post again once the package arrives.

I don't think that he is being malicious, but is just being more active in trading than his other commitments really allow him to be. | |

I totally agree, this is why I have placed myself on a "send first" probation....this way I am not forcing anyone to be out anything for any length of time....if I send late, they still have the minis they were to send to me and they (hopefully) will not feel that they are being ripped off. | |
