| Its been two weeks and I have not received an email of any kind. No confirmation that the minis I sent were received, no confirmation that minis had been sent. Nothing.
Van Hoo III has been active on these boards in the last few days. Ths least he can do is let me know the status. If somehting has come up, that's OK- but it is polite to send an email. | |

Check his Profile. He hasn't posted anything ofn the boards sense 4-5-05.
The most recent posts are a usual indication of forum activity.
I agree he should respond to your e-mails, but if he's unable to for reasons beyond his control, give him more time than just 2 weeks. Some trades take as long as a month or as short as a day. The P.O. has no science behind their delivery capabilities and sometimes life does get in the way.[:)] | |

| I should note that I've also been in the dark with Van Hoo III since he emailed me on 4/22 to say he received the minis I sent him and would be sending his end the following day. In this case, it has been over a month and I've not received any response to recent emails, but I'd *like* to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Who knows, maybe his spam-blocker is acting up. Maybe he was in a traffic accident on the way to the post office... and has amnesia...
It's certainly hard to be patient, when my recent eBay purchases have usually arrived in less than a week. It would be nice to find out if there's been a complication on the other end.

| I am deeply sorry, but there was a tragic incident involving my family and I have not checked emails or kept up with my trades since. I had trades with four people and I did receive my miniatures from three of them. I have emailed all parties and made them aware that I will be sending out their miniatures.
Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience ... I was a trader in great standing before this instance.

| Well, I did receive the email stating that minis owed would be sent on 5-31. I am certainly not looking to do further damage to anyone's reputation, but it's been over three weeks and I haven't seen anything, so it looks like nothing went out on that date. I'd be very reassured if I could get a response to my emails, but lacking that, I can only voice my disappointment here.
Danny, if you're out there, please honor your agreements and give us an update.

| There's a place for this, and it's not in the main body of this section. Please use the "disputed trades" thread above. It is more likely to have an impact there.
