I would need more clarification in regards that both parties have recieved all their minis and most important,  both parties are satisfied.
I'll leave the dispute in place until there is more concrete evidence.

| I wasn't planning on posting this because it was such a small matter, but new info has prodded me into action. I agreed to trade my Gith Dragon Knight for Basic_Aim's Skeletal Courser and some of the League templates. I was also trading with Raland who worked close to where he lived at the time, so Raland was nice enough to put the Courser in with his trade but the templates were too big for the box.
None of my subsequent emails were returned except one in Sept. sent via the interface that apologised and promised some freebies. In all honesty, I never planned to report it since it was just some templates, but I found out today on the wizards boards that Basic_Aim is also SteelPred, so I wanted to post this in case he comes back. He has one bad trade here with Oryan77 and 5 on the wizards boards.
I don't have any expectation of it being resolved. On 12-2-07 I just left Neutral feedback and closed the trade to get it off of my pending screen. | |

| So, is there a good reason why my trade is still listed as disputed? Both Pale Rider and I ave concluded this misunderstanding and then some...about 8 rare figs worth for a three fig trade. Please update.
In case you can't read page 14 I also posted that Golth2 = Golth, if this was causing any confusion.

| On 5/8/07, I received a trade offer from BiggPappa001 asking to trade me his Large Green Dragon for my Tordek, Dwarf Champion and Cloud Giant minis. I agreed. He sent me the Green Dragon as promised and I made a mistake, having accidentally misread his offer and sent a Dwarven Defender instead of Tordek. He informed me of the problem and I agreed to send him my only Tordek, Dwarf Champion because when I reread his offer I saw that he had indeed asked for it, not the Dwarven Defender as I had thought. I asked him to send me back my Dwarven Defender in exchange, which he agreed to do.
Before I sent Tordek I contacted BiggPappa001 via the interface and asked if he might like to trade something else, since we were mailing each other anyway. I offered to send him a Dromite Wilder along with Tordek if he would send along four Uncommon minis (Poison Dusk Lizardfolk, Village Priest, Wand Expert, and Dolgaunt Monk) when he sent me back my Dwarven Defender. He agreed, but not via the interface, via e-mail. I still have his e-mail agreeing on the deal, although he doesn't mention it there -- I sent the new offer on the trade interface on 5/23/07 and I have an e-mail from him on 5/30/07 saying "Sure, I think this will work" in response.
I sent him his minis shortly after his agreement, but he never returned my Dwarven Defender and never sent me any of the Uncommons we had agreed to trade either. At this point he has what he asked for in our original trade plus a Dwarven Defender and a Dromite Wilder that he just kept. I have sent him numerous queries about this on the interface and via e-mail and not gotten any responses.
Unfortunately, as I had originally given him Positive feedback when I first received my green dragon, I cannot even give him unfavorable feedback for this situation. It is worth noting that BiggPappa001 never clicked "received" for our trade on the interface, so a quick look at the interface makes it look like he completed his end of the trade and I did not.
At this point I don't know what to do. E-mails to his address have been bouncing back lately and when I called 411 to get his number, I was told that there was no one with his name at the address I mailed to or in the city I mailed to.

| Unfortunately, I must report a bad trade from Anaxagoras
We had done the trade through the system, but it got wiped out by the hacker.
I sent him a Vrock and he was to send me a Cyclops and a Centaur War Hulk.
He sent an email on 4/5 stating he would ship Monday (4/7).    I shipped that week and he has acknowledged receipt.   However, he has never sent mine.   He is completely non-responsive to email, so I sent him a letter in the mail.Â
He sent me an email on 4/27 stating he would ship tomorrow (4/28), it been a month and still nothing.    Below is a copy of his email from 4/27
Thank you for writing me! I have been unable to access Maxminis for weeks....I received your Vrock in the midst of around 7 trades....and had no idea which one it was.
I'll have your figs (Cyclops and War Hulk) in the mail tomorrow.

| I also have to report Anaxagoras as a bad trader. We initiated a trade on 4/8 (my Griffon for his Oni) and I shipped on 4/9. After some time I received this reply on 4/27
Thank god you e-mailed me.
I lost ALL of my e-mails just recently....that combined with Maxminis crashing I lost all trade info I had.
I will have your goods out tomorrow. I got the Griffon intact and perfect-I have your oni sitting here ready to ship.

| Unfortunately I have to post a bad deal with Trillistria. He posted in the market place about having cases of DoD2 for a good price. This was true. I contacted him and gave him my phone number and he called me. I ordered 3 cases from him at the price he listed in his post ($109 for the first and $102 each for cases #2 and #3 for a total of $313). He also told me that he would have starters coming soon. I wasnt sure at that time which minis were different in the starters, he told me all of them, which I now know is also true. I asked how much for the starters, he said $10. I told him I would take one of those too. He told me that he would be getting them a few days after the regular cases and I said that wouldnt be a problem. I PayPal'ed him $323 ($313 for the three cases and $10 for the starter).Â
This was in early April. He emailed me on April 10th telling me the cases were in the mail. The cases came a few days later (April 15th) and I have no beef with that. The starter has never shown up.
I gave the starter plenty of time to arrive, since I knew he was expecting them later, and then bad luck or whatever could have delayed them enroute to me as well. On May 3rd, I figured I had waited long enough and I emailed him for a tracking number for the starter since it hadn't arrived yet. He emailed me back on May 5th "tell me you're joking". I immediately emailed him back telling him it was no joke, that I hadn't received the starter.
On May 6th, he emailed me "*sighs* ok, please give me your addy again then." That is the last I heard from him. I did reply to him with my email address that same day though.
On May 12th, still no starter, so I emailed him if he used a tracking number this time. No reply.
On May 15th I asked for a status. No reply.
On May 19th, I again email for a status and asked him to please answer me and settle this dispute. Not knowing whether he actually sent the second starter out (or even the first one really), I told him that I still wanted the starter, but if he would just rather PayPal me back the $10 I would be fine with that too. I also told him if he didn't respond, that I would eventually post in the Disputed Trades thread. No reply.
On 27 may, I emailed him the following:
"I am replying to this email because this is the
last one I received from you, even though it is dated 5 May. Your last comment
indicates to me that you were sending out another Starter. I have not received
it. I never received the first one either. I have sent several email
since that addressed this, and you have not responded. This is the last email I
will send unless you answer back to me on what the status is for this Starter.Â
If I do not hear from you by Friday, 30 May, I will post on the disputed trades
thread. Please let me know what is going on. Shoe"  I received no reply.
On May 23rd and 27th, I also posted on his original thread where he advertised that he had cases for sale, just in case he was having email trouble. The thread is:

and the posts are there... with no reply from him, but Wolfgang put a reply in there that said he too had problems with communication with trillistria.
In the grand scheme of things, its not a huge loss. Its $10. And it was a deal that was over $300. Had he really been a scammer, he could have tried getting me for the whole thing (though I certianly would have had PayPal step in on it). That is what really makes it frustrating.  Why he would be so unresponsive and jeapordize his history over the remaining $10 of the order is beyond me. In all of my trading (well over 100 trades) I have NEVER had the post office lose a package. I am doubtful they lost the first one. I think there was never a package sent. But in trillistira's defense, I acknowledge that it IS possible. I would be more willing to believe that he perhaps forgot my order by mistake, or something like that, getting caught up with other starter orders, since he got them late. But then he asked for my address again, which kinda indirectly reaffirms that he did send a first starter, and acknowledges that he intended to send again. So why didnt he?
During the early stages, just after I received my cases, we exchanged a few emails about my pulls. It was great communication, really. It was just after he asked for my address again that he flat out stopped responding. That is what really annoys me, more than the $10.
So there is the dispute. He owes me $10 or a starter. I don't care which. He has my PayPal address so he can just send me the money if he wants since that would be the easiest. Until then, this dispute will be unresolved.
I will immediately post on this thread if I hear anything back from him.
