Obviously this problem opens up a lot of old wounds around here.  I also agree with you, that Cha0tic G0od has used more than just the three aliases he listed above (see my post above).  I'm frustrated too by the number of times that we've been down this road and no one has had their stuff returned (except Ghendar I believe).  This has been going on since late 2004!  I hope that it will be different this time, but I will remain highly skeptical until I see it. 
 
Because of all this history, this thread could get really nasty really fast.  So I think Krush and dj-chuckles are just trying to prevent that by saying keep it civil.  Personal insults, no matter who they're directed at, remain outside of the code of conduct.  To me, this means it's ok to say you believe someone is lying as long as you do it in a civil manner.  However, it's not alright to call them a "turd".  If you have a problem with the way people are moderating this forum, you can always take it up with me (or LCS if you're not happy with the way I'm handling it).  My email is posted in the forum discussion page (and it should be linked in my profile).

I have full confidence that LCS will have a very low tolerance for any misbehavior here.  I really agree with what LCS posted above.ÂAll of these trades all need to be worked out to the maximum extent possible before we even consider the possibility that Cha0tic G0od return to this site in even a highly restricted way (beyond posting in this thread).  The ball is really in his court; I hope he'll finally take the opportunity to come through.

Edit: I was wrong about bonelock; he is still waiting to receive his minis as well.

The Banished (formerly Chaotic Good Jr, i.e. Cha0tic G0od's son) and I agreed to trade his Warforged Titan for my Vampire Aristocrat and Minotaur Skeleton on January 18th. On January 24th The Banished reported that he had received. On February 14th, I was told that he did not get the Titan in the mail due to his accident, and that he would be sending it shortly. I told him to take his time and recover, but I've yet to get it (not that I expect to anymore), and neither he nor Cha0tic G0od are responding to my e-mails.

That adds serithax, Sir Bozak the Damned, and Yukon Cornellius to the people that you owe minis.  You're listed as a bad trader at WotC and Hordelings as well so there may be others at those sites.Â

I'm happy that you intend to try to resolve these trades, and I hope you do finally come through.Â

Best of luck getting things resolved.  I'll be away for a few days so LCS, Krush and Ghendar will be keeping track of this.Â

No, I think everything should be discussed here right in the open on the site where you ripped your victims off. And, certainly not on a site of which you are the admin/mod.

If you are sincere-- actions speak louder than words and talk is cheap. I'll believe you are sincere when people start getting some figures from you. This is not the first time down this road but the third or the fourth....

I would ask why you are trying to make amends but I don't believe what you would say...

Another thing. You and I had about five successful  trades. In one of our earlier trades you claimed that you never got a box of figures I sent you. The only package I have ever had go missing in more than three years, 125+ trades and 197 ebay transactions. I cheerfully sent you replacements. Based on your reputation, fact that you ripped me of in our last and final trade, and hearing from others that you often claimed the same thing, I believe you did revieve the original shipment and fraudulently claimed you did not; thus getting twice the figures out of me. Are you going to make good on this too?  

If I really dig I might be able to find that list of replacement figs...
