I wouldn't be too concerened about this.
At least two shops were down during the Price Guide creation.
(as well as my own computer on the first try [ ] )
1. mouzergames.com is during a site redo, so no data was collected from it.
2. paizo.com had downtime as well (it seem ok now - the tool got "The paizo.com store is temporarily down. We will be back shortly.")
Remember that it's more accurate as a relative measure for mini vs. mini than as an absolute value measure.
Oh, and I only checked the data above after your kind remark, so kudos on it.
Maybe I trust the tool too much these days and lack any manual inspection...

The value of a complete set has been drifting downward lately. Owning one of every mini has a Price Guide Value of about $6400, which is up from a year ago (no surprise, there are more minis), but down from the last few months.
The Price Guide total, divided by the current number of minis, is down a little as well. We're down to May 06 values.
