| I have been asked to make this entry to reinforce some already know facts about this particular trader
Varez
A trade was arrange a few months back with this person. As he/she was new to the forum I requested that he/she send first.
Varez refused.
I highlighted the fact the as a new member to Maxminis, I was quite within my rights to make this request.
Varez again refused.
I posted a thread for the general community to comment on whether or not I was being unreasonable - it seems I was not.
Varez still refused.
I gave Varez an out, stating that if he/she did not want to send first, he/she could cancel the trade.
Varez cancelled. | |

| Bheal - From what I understand Ironfist Boulderbender is in the process of moving and that's delaying his trades somewhat. I know because I have a trade pending with him and it's taking an excessive amount of time as well. I'm not making excuses for him - but I don't get a "Bad Trader" vibe from him. If that means anything.
I think he's going to come through - it's just taking much longer than appropriate. | |

| I think there is a strong possibility that I'll receive them at some point also. However we're going on 5 months now. That is in my mind excessive, to say the least. I stated several months ago that if he was unable to fulfill his part of the trade I'd certainly accept the mini's I sent back and find a new trade for them. He said that wouldn't be necessary and was in fact not possible as he used those mini's in other trades already.
I'm not labeling him as a bad trader. I am however posting here until I receive the mini's we agreed upon (or have the ones I sent in the first place returned to me). New traders deserve to know that if they take the risk of shipping first they may be waiting for a very long time to see anything back.
When I receive them I'll gladly remove his name from the dispute list. | |

I totally agree with you. You have every right to list him here in the disputed trades thread. So do I for that matter, but I choose not to at this point. I have no objection to you posting about your trade as waiting five months is completely unnacceptable.
My only point was that I believe that you will get your minis. I have one completed trade with Ironfist and another pending. I don't get a "bad trader" vibe from him. I get a "preoccupied with other things and maybe overextended himself with his trades" vibe from him. I'm not condoning making you wait or making excuses for him.
I only wanted to reassure you that I think that you're going to get your mini's. | |

| I would like to start a disputed trade, the bad trader would be me. Just trying to save someone some time of having to post this on their end. I sold some mini's to a certain individual. paid by check, i received the check, deposited and waited for it to clear. The check cleared. I had some family issues including a death in the family that prevented me from sending the mini's out right away. Well after various emails and various replies things deteriorated to the point o fbeing threatened and the other person just not caring about things actually happening in real life. Now people may say that it only takes a few minutes to go and mail min's, and it does, but sometimes things happen and your mind is in other places besides mini's. I still have the mini's. I did not trade or sale them to anyone else. I have had them ready to go in the box for a while. They havent been mailed because honestly i was ticked off. This may not be the best response and if people no longer want to trade with me then so be it, i will understand, i chose this myself. The minis will probaably e sent out tomorrow, or monday, depending on how things go tomorrow.
I never intended not to send the mini's, regardless of what any one says or with what anyone responds to this. All my trade references and sales on maxmini's have been great with no negative feedback. I am sure i will get negative feedback on this one but that is fine.Â
Either way i can live with the result. To the person this is intended for you will get the mini's, i hope you enjoy them, and i hope if nothing else you will [be more understanding of] the next person who has things come up that are more important then mini's. If not oh well.

when you fix the following trades maybe people will want to trade with you, I know I wouldn't and probably never will because of your bad attitude and it doesn't have anything to do with corim danex posting in your threads.

There IS a need for that. New members don't know about the disputed trades thread. Most come to this site, see the trades forum and jump right in. That's why people are making negative posts on your trade threads - to protect the new members from getting burned by you and then leaving the site (and possibly the game) for good.
You have four disputed trades (Not including Corim). Spend your time resolving those trades before making new trades or complaining about Corim posting on your threads. | |

It has come to my attention that Strongbow Lone Eagle (aka Cha0tic G0od, etc...) is currently active on the WotC boards using the alias "SLJ" and on Maxminis using the alias "SLJ " (with a space at the end of the user name).
This person is believed to have scammed an immeasurable number of people in this online community, using various user names and accounts at various sites.
I'm not familiar with the aliases he has used at every site, but here is a partial list of the aliases he has used in the past at Maxminis: Cha0tic G0od, DoUrden, Wraith, Tactician, and Incarnum.
The identity and mailing address that he was using to attempt to trade at Maxminis as "SLJ " was:

It is possible that he may have other active accounts with different names or user ids that are using this same mailing address, and I would recommend against making any type of trade or purchase from anyone using this mailing address.
