| Please remove me from the list of people who have disputes with Cha0tic G0od. After Darkfather mentioned receiving compensation from CG, I contacted CG and asked for the same. CG has delivered on the agreed upon compensation, and added several extra promo/repaint minis on his own. I am as satisfied as I possibly can be given the circumstances, and hope that CG can find his way on the long road back (if in fact he wants to come back).

| So just out of curiosity, how do you guys think I should handle this...
Traded CG a Huge Red Dragon almost a year ago. Never got my end of the transaction.
Assuming I can get him to make good on things... well, I dont even play D&D minis anymore and have no use for the figures. It's been almost a year after all.
So what is a fair way to resolve the issue, in the opinions of third parties?
Have him send back my HRD?.. at which point I guess I'll just sell it.
Pay fair market value for it - presumably based on the pricelist?
I dont even remember exactly what it was he was supposed to be sending me in exchange at this point (although I might can find out if I still have the emails from a bloody year ago).
Thoughts?
What do you guys reckon the odds are that he'll even attempt to resolve this, given that he's gone through the whole "I'm gonna pay everyone back" thing what... 3-4 times now?

Not sure if spikegif is still around, but I'd like to thank him for taking his time to fulfill my trades. I am truly apologetic. I found a few miniatures the other day and it made me think about the whole thing and I wanted to see if anything finalized. Very glad to see spikegif was able to make good on almost everything. As for chaotic good, the trade between he and I never happened. From what I remember, we were both to send same time but neither of us did. | |

| | Update: I received a package from SLE (aka Chaotic Good) on friday. Postage stamp said it was mailed a month after he said he did (March 3 vs. February 5) and he substituted totally crap-tacular rares for the four figures he owed me; he sent me Dragon Samurai, Champion of Yondalla, Dromite and Valorous Prince. I took this as a real slap in the face after waiting two years to get my end of the trade. Also in the box were two repaints and one epic card. This trade was not resolved to my satisfaction. Please leave my name as someone who had a bad trade with CG. Sure I got something but it wasn't worth what he owed me and he lied (again) about sending. | |

| Ok, Labmonkey....I guess it's time to re-open the dispute with me_is_fred. It's been over a year since I sent his stuff to him and the last thing I got was "my sister had to mail out your stuff, because I don't have a mailing permit and she sent it the cheapest route possible" which translates to me "screw you, I never sent and I don't intend to". I am going to be persuing legal procedings against him through the Austrailian government system to see if I can recover at least some of my losses, but there is a silver lining to this dark cloud, Gerald said he had gotten out of minis, so perhapse there will not be any more MaxMinis users screwed over like I was.
On a seperate note, Star's mini(s) are out to him, and I have contacted Torizan & Bhael to see what can be done to clear thier disputes with me. I suppose Kretobergas will never clear the one he has against me, I sent his minis to Greece a loooooooooong time ago and there hasn't been any word.

| Torizan and Bhael are being taken care of and I am requesting that they not remove the dispute untill they are satisfied with what I send them. I want to make sure they are happy before I ask them to remove the dispute.
As for Kretobergas, I have no idea what to do....as of this date I have still not recieved anything from him except some e-mails (but no minis whatsoever), I sent him the books a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time ago so they should be there by now, and I sent him a package with an armload of minis in it to replace the ones he allegedly sent to me several months back when he e-mailed me that the books never got there. As far as I am concerned, I am done with it and if the dispute stays on my record untill the end of time, so be it.
Thank you for all your hard work and I am making a solemn promise to do everything in my power not to allow any more delays, although I would like you to keep the delay warning on my name.

| I'd like to remove my dispute from Ironfist at this point. The contents aren't exactly what our original trade was supposed to be but he certainly went out of his way to ensure I didn't feel cheated by anything. Honestly at this point I almost feel like *I* took advantage when you compare what I sent vs. what I ended up receiving. | |

| I regret to inform of a Disputed Trade (actually a purchase) with Gatts aka MackeyV.
Two weeks ago I sent him a PayPal payment for a collection of miniatures, and have not received them.
According to Gatts/Mackey, he was working on getting them sent out. This was last friday. I have not heard from him since.
I have informed him that I was logging a disputed trade and if I do not receive the miniatures, or at least the DC#, i will be starting procedures for reporting him for credit card and mail fraud.
